As for cuts, i'm not sure which is more desired. in the last few years I put together some lacemarket data and looks like you can expect 300-700 ivory, 250-500 yellow, 200-400 other. and for skirts probably around 150-250.

I only really watched the first "season" or part of the series when the main villain was Suigintou, but I ended up fairly liking it. Not familiar at all with Kirakisho so she must be in the 2nd series.
hina's cuteness, the music, and all the outfits were what kept me going as the story was pretty weird (the odd sexual tensions weirded me out most). overall it's a pretty good series to watch as a lolita, if you also happen to be some degree of weeb.
