It's my first visit to /cgl/, and I'm looking for tutorials and advices for replica gas masks. I want to make a replica gas masks for my reproduction WW2 collection.
Only tutorials I have found are for plastic masks that cover mouth or first graders Halloween costume tier.
I like to leave original items to the serious collectors who have big glass cabinets for them.

It be probably cheaper to buy a used one than make your own. Authenticity factor helps in cosplay.
That being said, should you decide to forgo the replica, please ask /k/ as they have lists of easy to get gas masks, pricing and health hazard advice
