Depends. There's the clothing- sewing, fabric, findings and fasteners.
Molding- you can get someone to do shitty worbla for a real low price but actual good belt, boots etc is pricey. Plus the canisters, gloves, and the LEDs will be electric work on guns hat are already gonna be pricey. Then you'll need someone to do your makeup after the fact.
Some of these you can get around by skipping them or making them yourself. If you sacrifice some accuracy without looking bad your wallet will be thankful. Those shells on the belt could easily be disguised soda cans if you do it well. Etc.
I think if you just nix a lot of tiny details you could get away with it. But the only way to know a price is to get a quote from a maker.
