If you're really desperate, try the front desk. The people there are able to go into the shop and grab anything that you might need and ring you up for it. I've gone there for medicine late at night before, and I don't see why they wouldn't be able to get you something to eat if you're hungry. I was pleasantly surprised with the dealer's room, and kinda underwhelmed by the AA--lot of artists really focused on prints, and I'm really getting tired of them at this point. On the other hand, a few dealers had a really nice amount of neat retro stuff.

Honestly, cosplay wise, probably a little less. New and isn't as hyped up as Colossalcon, so less popular cosplayers BUTTTT it'll be less crowded yet have more space in general, so I think it'll be comparable to a Colossalcon maybe 4 years ago?

I think it'll be nice, it'll either be a party or just a fun time with the friends going that know how a Colossalcon should go.
