If it's for a cosplay and not actual wear you could probably just find similar ones and put a thin strip of tape on the side for the stripes.

Is there any point to trying to 3D print a pair of these if I model them correctly vs buying a "close enough" looking pair somewhere?

These were made to be prescription glasses where you have your own rx lenses cut down to fit the frame.

Well I mean I don't need a prescription but for those that do, there's also contacts. I'm pretty sure both OP and I want these for looks and not practical usage.

These are like super common frame shapes. Paint some stripes on the side. They're not that special.
If you can't paint straight get some nail tape for fine lines.
