Try /fa/, they deal with low effort outfit replication like this. Like holy shit this is just desperate levels of sad. The only thing that makes it cosplay is the fucking wig, how fucking mundane.

anon, I'd go with a cravat style. You can get fabric printed to replicate his style - otherwise just find something with a similar pattern if this is low cost.
Changing buttons is easy enough, it's just a bit of hand sewing so you could just source something ornate and replace them.
