It was so crowded that I barely had any time to frame the shots but I managed. Lot of positive feedbacks from the cosplayers. Some of them even set my pictures as their profiles.

Are your conventions held outdoors or how does that work?

I find it really interesting to see what kind of characters vietnamese cosplayers choose to cosplay. Lots of characters I never see in my country!
I also agree with >>9354906 I can't even imagine wearing multiple layers and a wig in that kinda heat.

Not really. When I'm not doing cosplay photography I'm usually hanging out at the local grocery store taking photos of Campbell's soup cans. Different people have different tastes.

I visited Vietnam in January, but couldn't find a cosplay scene at all. Where are you all hiding?

It's a make up trick to make their boobs look bigger (white at the front and shadow in the middle) + padding = weird looking cleavage.

- In Vietnam, we call it "free style". I don't know how things are in Western countries but here girls are more than happy to get their pictures taken. They even proactively seek out their pictures after the con. Different cultures I suppose.

- And cons here are huge ego boost for girls and try to get more followers on facebook. The more people ask to take their pictures, the happier they are. They are ultimately attentionwhores in a lesser degree. But whatever makes them happy, I have no right to judge.

- I would personally not involve with their drama as long as I can get too shoot more pictures.

Passable one ares plentiful. Asian boys can pull it off pretty well given that they put some afford to it. Cute ones are rare though.
