Morgana is really hard to pull off, particularly the classic version of her. She's skeletal thin with massive boobs.

Even then, her design is hard as well, as it's a very full yet static skirt and massive decrepit wings.

I have never seen a good Morgana

Inb4sjw all over me but that is my opinion. Plenty of characters you can cosplay with that bodytype that will actually look good, also a proper size fitted cosplay will always look good, and i think this is too small sized for her. Hell, if you're a little chubby wear a corset for this kind of cosplays and you'll have a great figure

I hate that opinion, because it gives people free passes. Like, you posted a tonne of girls who are equally shit, but are better because of their weight. Not disagreeing with the corseting point; the right underwear can really save any outfit. I'm just sick of the "oh, your cosplay is good!" attitude to attractive but otherwise shite cosplayers. Especially when, actually, a tiny bit more effort would result in something fantastic.

I totally agree: a good cosplay ofcourse is the quality of the outfits. I didnt say the other ahris posted were good. But a good figure, good underwear and a good costume, and ofcourse great make up and a good photoshoot really is what should be close to the 100% perfection rate. Unfortunately with photoshop and the focus of attention in particular shoots you can either easily hide the quality of your costume or your bodytype (or both) which is both something i dont agree with.

The wig is super cute and the ears are good but that's about it. The tails have ugly materials and the costume looks so bad on her. She has nice fitting shorts but the way the costume is on her shoulders looks awful.

Sorry but unhyegenic looking fatties won't look as good as thinner people. If both a skinny and fat person has a mediocre cosplay people are probably going to admire the girl who takes care of herself.

No those pics that anon posted are objectively better overall in terms of construction.

Maybe it sounds like I'm being picky but anyone who has any training in patterning and garment construction will tell you her costume is a hot mess.
It's not about her being chubby. She isn't even that chubby ffs.
And the tails and the wig look fine. It's mostly just her actually garments.

If it's not your career and you're just cosplaying for fun, it doesn't really matter. Yeah there are some actually ugly cosplays, but lots of these just look like someone cosplaying a character they like with a basic/average costume.
