I bought a hair tie from Wunderwelt's Rakuten last week, and this is the email they sent me:

You don't get an invoice if you buy from their Rakuten, you have to follow the payment link in the Rakuten email. As far as I know Rakuten Global is -very- restrictive regarding having anything done offsite, shops are not even allowed to email you directly even if you let them know your email address. Everything has to go through the Rakuten system.

You can email them directly but you should make sure to include your order number. Maybe just tell them you are confused and to please look into it. They are usually very good with answering emails so I'm sure they will get back to you as soon as possible.

I've got a question about USPS - if an office has listed general delivery, does that mean that they can RECEIVE them? Or send them? From my understand, almost all USPS offices can hold mail for pick up. For whatever reason, my local post office requires all EMS packages to be picked up from the post office.

I'd talk to the post office in your area about it, and they can likely tell you more. All U.S. post offices can hold mail, so that shouldn't be an issue. You'll just want to watch the tracking, and pick it up quickly to avoid it being sent back to the destination facility.

Also, you can get a P.O. box. I was reading and they usually charge in 6 and 12 month increments, but some people are saying if you cancel early, they refund you the amount for the remaining months. This is also something you could look into as all you need are two forms of ID, and a passport counts. I'd make sure you can be refunded though from the office itself. Depending on availability, they may just be willing to rent one for a shorter period of time if you don't feel comfortable with hotel delivery.

it came in so here's a mini review:
i got the smaller size but it has a really loose and comfy fit! the graphic is printed neatly. the fabric feels soft and lightweight. my favorite part is the flouncy sleeves. really comfy and can be worn tucked or untucked!

Bought some cute Sanrio stuff!

I sent something out from the u.s to Brazil in mid December and it been "departed" from their customs office for a month but not delivered yet. Should I be worried that it's lost? I do state that in my sales arrangements that the packages are no longer my responsibility once they leave my hands but I fear the buyer may expect me to refund them if it doesn't arrive. i come bearing a review! pardon the large picture, i want everything to be seen clearly

so they were packaged nicely and the seller included the charms separately like i asked. the lace is soft and cute. the topmost lace features a ribbon pattern, the middle lace has roses and curly-cues, and the pink bottom-most lace has a chevron dot pattern. the pink lace is more of a peachy pink and the bow is a different pink, so they don't match. doesn't really bother me because the dresses i bought them to match have multiple pinks, but it might be a dealbreaker to some!

as for the size of the cuffs: for reference, my wrist is about 5.25 inches/13 cm around, and my hand is about 6 inches/15 cm from wrist to middle finger. the cuffs themselves are about 4 inches/10 cm long and stretch considerably. they fit well around my wrist, albeit i feel they're a little bit long on me!

now, the thing is that on one cuff the seller stitched in their brand label and it makes the cuff do this weird sticky-uppy thing all the time and it's visible through the cuff. i had to cut out the label (sorry, luminescentea) because it was bothering me a lot. that fixed it for the most part.

overall, i like them! they match what i want them to match and they otherwise feel nicely constructed. the label was really inconvenient, so maybe i'll leave that in my review to her or something.

I should mention this was a dream item, so if it had ended up with some less-than-scrupulous rando, I might have gutted someone.

I had some great luck this week - I've been trying to find a headpiece for a coord next month and couldn't find anything I liked, settled on a lacey headdress, saw one I liked on the BTSSB NYC website but it was sold out in black (and sold out on all the other sites too). I was randomly checking Wunderwelt and I saw that they had the exact headdress I was looking for and for half the price too! Then later on I noticed someone selling Meta's Fortune Tarot, which has been on my wishlist for a long time. I've missed it twice now and when I saw it for sale this week I just had to pull the trigger. No ragretz.

I'm not sure what people are using that's giving them a difficult time with removing this mascara - all of my makeup removal oils, and my first-step oil cleanser have been able to get rid of it with zero issue. And I'm very blonde, so if it didn't get removed, I'd notice.

Am her, it's probably just really weak removers. I have an Estee Lauder eye makeup remover (mom got me it forever ago) and it struggles really hard to even remove waterproof drugstore mascara. It probably won't even budge the Heroine Make, though luckily as a follower of AB I of course have a good oil cleanser to also try with. I really should pick up the Etude House eye makeup remover sometime, I hear fantastic things about it.

I don't use primer for mascara in general, so I can't really say. I tend to go for low-key makeup, and I have white girl lashes, so keeping them curled isn't an issue with the majority of mascaras overall; I know my asian girlfriends go for primer because it helps with length and keeping lashes curled.

As far as I've heard, it's not recommended to use any waterproof mascara daily even on its own, due to how drying it may be.

Shoes were cancelled, but everything else besides the tights are in. An anon requested a review on the 4 o'clock jacket, so here you go! Again, keep in mind that I'm buying this secondhand, but the original owner didn't mention doing any upkeep on it.

The jacket is probably the most well sewn thing in my wardrobe now. The buttons are sewn down really well; they don't move at all, and the bodice has steel boning to keep the shape. No loose threads that I can see, and all the seams are matched up. The jacket is fully lined with the zipper in the back, so I'm pretty sure it's meant to be worn as the main piece of a coordinate, if that makes sense. It isn't a casual wear piece at all- the fabric has enough weight that you need some decent poof to help keep the shape, but it's also extravagant enough that you can't wear most prints with it.

For anon who was wondering how this mascara is (I'm mail anon), it's super pretty and lengthening! Might try the volume & curl next though as I really like defining mascara, my current favorite being L'Oreal Manga Rock, and while this one is waaaay longer looking it hardly volumizes at all.

My stuff arrived! Here's the petti review for you anon (sorry if the pics are hard to see)

Very soft and smooth materials, super comfy when worn. The little underskirt bit is nice and soft too- some Pettis I've worn have that sort of rougher material or super thin and silky, which I don't find very substantial, so I was happy with this material.
The poof is pretty damn amazing. It was folded up into a tiny little plastic parcel, and as soon as I unfolded it it poofed straight out, and the material isn't wrinkle prone either so no weird kinks or folds in it!
The waistband is elasticated with no buttons/adjustable closure. I have fairly wide hips so it's a little tight getting over them but as soon as its on my waist it fits really comfortably with plenty of stretch. (I have the hip problem with most skirts though so obviously that might be different for you)
I didn't have time to try it under a dress yet (I'll do it later if anyone is interested!) but it has HEAPS of fabric, so I imagine it'll have no problem holding up dresses! I'm looking forward to trying it with my BtSSB creamy scallop as its super heavy and seeing how it holds up. Also is excellent for spinning around and feeling fluffy haha.
All around it seems super solid and very comfortable. It was only like $30-$40 as well if I remember correctly, so very affordable. Hope this helps!

I need some help. So, I swapped a cosplay for a different cosplay over depop last week. The user I swapped with had good ratings and what not, so I didn't question it. I mailed the package, and she got it fine and all—
But, uh, I don't think this girl understands shipping rules.
I mailed the package via priority so it would get to her in two days.
She messaged me back last night and said she received it; and her cosplay fit perfectly—
So she just wrote 'return to sender' and put it where the mailman could see it, and left for a convention.
If I'm not mistaken, if a package is opened, she can't do that, right? Especially since she opened it AND replaced the insides.

I'm waiting on a shipping invoice for Kaneoya Sachiko's art book along with Q-Pot's honey and lemon mook (I really wanted that bag and finally found a listing with it). Japonica was able to get both of them, which was really awesome. The art book in particular has been very hard to find online so I didn't hesitate buying it.

I found it on Mercari, which is the only site I've seen it appear on. I was checking YAJ, Surugaya, Mandarake, Amazon JP and Mercari since last December and it's only appeared on the latter twice. Japonica is able to take order for their site and they responded to my order very quickly.

Finally after half a year these two are ready to come to me - not a fan of the high waistedness, but I couldn't resist the prints for Taobao prices.

The black Berry & Woods JSK had lots of production errors, so in the end I'm getting a version I think that fixed the black coloring (previous ones were coming up as a really brown black) but in addition due to ribbon color problems has detachable waist ties - I prefer those so win win! Photo from Clobba's email updates on it.

Thinking of grabbing some accessories/a blouse/classic shoes to slap onto the order, anyone have a good quality shop they'd recommend that has stuff in stock currently?

Finally got the courage to brave going to a con, so I finally purchased my the wig I needed this morning.

My absolute best friend notified me an online store had my dream dress in my size, and I swiped that up. My wallet is suffering because of it and I can only imagine what customs will charge.

OP here! They are both original, like >>9369650 said the artist makes super cute original stuff and sometimes fantasy based on a story. Right now they did an Alice in wonderland themed phone case.

Originally I was going to use the wig and style it to a character/or use moonspeak to ask for a custom wig but honestly I might go as the "generic neko" to be safe.

Could mean a failed delivery also. I had a package in retention once and had to go to the depot to pick it up. I'd suggest calling your local post office to see if they have it.
