That account clearly handmakes / hand ventillates all of their drag wigs, so at a guess the back is made up of a net instead of just elastic, and the wigmaker added the fiber in a tight, circular fashion in the very back. I'm not really sure how exactly they did it (maybe it's glued down?), but it's probably to keep the back hair from stagging, as updo styles tend to do. The sides look like they're wefted in circles as well, and are pulled up in to the pigtails.

Not a "bad wig" by any means.

This wig is horrendous. The girl is also too fat to cosplay Lucy and her makeup is bad but the color of this wig is hideous.

ITT: People who put hours into making cosplay but got less recognition then the people who just did it for fun.
