Thought about picking up pic related from therpc studio, also their take on the insomniac spider man for PS4 looks really good and is second in the running, has anyone bought a suit from the RPCStudio? If so how'd it turn out? Also are faceshells worth it or should I just get the lenses sewn onto the mask?
Also post yer spidey cosplays everyone
I love spidey

go back to /co/, no one cares.

imo, faceshells look much better. There's someone in my area that does custom face shells and his Spidey cosplay is one of the better ones that I've seen. The ones with the lenses sewn onto the mask always end up looking kind of wonky
>>9290326
Fuck off. Some of us don't only cosplay from anime
>>9290259
Check out bboyspiderman, sonicspiderman, and maid of might on IG. I believe all of their spider suits are RPC. superrobotninja, sparrowess, yoshistunts, and amazingtcosplay are awesome but I'm not sure they're RPC. Definitely go with a face shell, they look so much better.

Is that Ben Riley there?

Face it, Peter's always been a slut.

Jesus Christ, this woman's ass cheeks are D E F I N E D.
If you're paying that much for an RPC suit instead of a cheaper option, I take it you plan on wearing this multiple times. So get the face shell, they look so much better.
I'm going to be cosplaying Spider MJ so luckily I don't have to worry about the mask issue. Need to figure out shoes, though.

Pls be in Florida we need someone down here who has actually done a good spinerette cosplay
>>9290259
>tfw was planning to do a Spiderman cosplay for Katsucon 2017 but plans had to be changed due to friends needing me for something else
I'm half thinking about taking the time in January to just put together this fan design of an early costume and then doing a real one the next con after. I need to do more comic cons actually where people would recognize different designs.

I'm in the midwest, but I might be going to megacon.
Have there been other Spineret cosplays? I haven't seen any yet and I was looking for references.

There's one but it's nothing of note, she didn't even use a spidey suit as a base rather a morph suit with self painted lines that look uneven and awkward as fuck, plus she didn't use a wig but her regular hair so the shade of red is all off

>implying the only people who cosplay do so from anime

I actually prefer Hendoart's. Her face shell looks so nice.
>>9295486
I hate all the Spidergwen's using the same 2 ugly subdyed suits with that awful boob shading and texture.

I still need to see a good web-"suit" Silk.. for research purposes.
>>9304043
As far as i'm aware, Miss Gidget has done the best webbed Silk yet.
>>9300164
Same, except for Kayley Marie Cosplay, she fills her suit very nicely.

Why bump when you can contribute
Anyone have experience with simulating a bit of buffness under a suit?
>>9290259
I bought a Raimi-style suit from RPC last year and wore it a lot. I got every addition they offered (faceshell, removable mask, puff paint, shoes), and here's my opinion on it all
1. Faceshell is a must (to me). It makes the suit look so much cleaner.
2. Removable mask is optional. I recently got a suit from SpideyPlanet that doesn't have a removable mask, and honestly, removable mask is nice when you want to eat without taking the whole top of the suit off, but if that's not a big deal to you, then attached mask will look a little bit cleaner
3. Do not get silver puff paint. I will admit that the silver puff paint looks amazing...at first, but after wearing the suit for a whole year, you will notice the paint starts to crack and crease. It won't really be noticeable in pictures or to people not really paying attention (and honestly its not too too bad), but it bugs the crap out of me personally.
4. Get the shoes installed, just do it, its comfortable.
If you want a pic of my suit, I could post one, but its not the same style suit you're buying, and there's plenty of youtube personalities with suits, so I don't know what value I'd add with a picture.

Simulate buffness? Honestly, just work out a bit and you'll look fine under a suit, But, if you really want to look jacked without "the work", you can buy a fitsuit.
Most spidey suits I've seen (and own) have muscle shading as well, so that helps out too.
