Keeping on topic, does anyone know a keyword to eliminate "sequins" from searches? I'm looking for a glitter purse similar but in some other color to pic related, which is glitter, not sequins. My search has strictly been "glitter" and either purse, bag, wallet, or case and I still have to sift pages of ugly sequins.

Honestly the softest shirt I bought, the print doesn't feel like it'll flake off in the wash. The fit is a bit slouchy but I personally like tee's to fit that way. I got a good chuckle from a few people while wearing it.

No simple way to say how much I love this, its similar to American sizing so it's slouchy in a good way and all the ribbons are detachable with really high quality pins. Only "issue(?)" is the ribbons are more pink in person and not peachy pink.

I bought the grey one and it's the same colour as in the catwalk picture. It's pretty short, I'm 169 and bought a XXL, recommended for 180 cm, for the loose fit and it barely reaches my mid thigh. The collar isn't as wide as in the catwalk pictures, but the material is fairly soft, warm and stretchy so overall it's a pretty nice dress/sweater.

To the anon who asked for a worn picture of this dress, I didn't forget you. I just got caught up in finals.
It's definitely on the short side and I'm only 165cm. It'd cute but I don't think it'll look good on anyone without a flat chest. Might look cuter with waist ties or a belt because with how loose it is it makes my waist look huge. It also looks more childish on my than I anticipated... I'm not thrilled and I'll probably sell it if possible.

On a side note I got these two cardigans in and they're both surprisingly soft and fit well.

I'm somewhere between 168-169 cm with fairly wide shoulders and it fits ok. It's made for someone with narrower shoulders but still fits fine, just not exactly as it does in the picture. The sleeves barely reach my wrists unless I constantly pull them down though, and the collar is a bit taller than in the picture.

As I mentioned in the review it's not very long, an XL is just a tad short for me but it works if a wear opaque tights with it. Other than that and the collar it's all around pretty large, but I ordered an XL when my measurements fall into the M sizing so you might have to do that if you want it to be more loose fitting.

Has anyone seen something to the cat hammock shelf? I'm looking for something similar to put a very small succulent plant on.

I think they may be a cashmere blend and they're very soft, but I really doubt they're 100% cashmere.

I ordered some stuff in like...early September, the tracking hasn't moved since then and I don't have the order so obviously it's never gonna show up.

I opened a dispute because the seller stopped responding to my request to extend seller protection or refund, and during the dispute the seller protection ended.

Sorry for a dumb question. I ordered shoes and oddly enough they're a size too small by the length, the width and arch area is fine but it's literally just a size small in length. I compared it to my other shoes of the same size (I sized up for both since online shopping) and the other shoe is definitely longer. Messaged the seller about the issue, should I try for a refund, product replacement, open a dispute, etc? Not sure how to deal with this problem.

Has anyone seen any white, lace-topped knee-high/otk socks? I've only found a few that have a thin line of barely noticeable, cheap lace, but maybe someone here has had better luck.

Update: I opened the dispute and immediately got a refund. The seller had the gall to ask me to leave them 5 stars lol.

All my 11/11 orders finally came in. The one that I waited the longest for was missing the thing I wanted most, a pair of earrings, and another was just completely wrong. The item is huge so there's no way I'm shipping it back. Compared to how smoothly last 11/11 was, I feel that the sellers I bought from were sloppy this year. Overall I had to extend more order processing times and keep an extra close eye on buyer protections running out.

Their mark-up is considerable and the quality is generally pretty poor, plus the customer service is a bitch to deal with. They do offer returns which would possibly make it worth it but as far as I know they only refund you in store credit, so...

I have had this problem too. Unfortunately, I think this is a risk from buying shoes from Asian sellers. I also have my suspicions that they have like 1 or 2 sizes and then pretend they come in several sizes. I say that because I ordered "size 9" shoes before. They were literally size 7s. I compared them to some size 7 boots I had and it was a perfect match. I wear an 8 usually so I always buy the "9" or "9.5." They're always snug but ever since doing that trick I've at least been able to get into them for cosplay purposes. I buy many bases to modify from Chinese sellers because they tend to have the right heel that I need for the shoe, otherwise I'd avoid that shit like the plague. They always reek of chemicals and are horribly made (and not even all that cheap on ebay anyway).

It might be worth it to try to dispute, but, I have a feeling Ali will side with them. The time I had the issue on ebay, they gave me a courtesy refund (but also didn't ding the seller since they "couldn't tell who was at fault" my fucking ass....ugh). Ali is super seller friendly, to an unreasonable degree from what I've read though.

They probably can't show you any proof because you don't understand chinese. You have to consider that there is a language and culture barrier here, neither of you fully understand one another and China doesn't really have a "the customer is always right" culture. it's toupee tape. it's supposed to help your lace front stay on without combs. it's basically double sided tape that's "designed" (or so manufacturers claim) to grip onto the edge of your wig, but you could probably use fashion tape as a substitute.

Do any of you know of any Taobao sellers that also have a store on Aliexpress? I am definitly more found of Ali because I feel it's safer and I like to buy stuff every now and then and not just a big haul all at once. Infanta used to but their AE suddenly became empty without explanation. I would just suck it up and use an SS. All the lolita stuff on AE is either replicas or TB brands with extremely inflated prices. The Infanta store had inflated prices too but at least they had really really fast shipping (like 5 days to the US)

Those are used more for crafting. I own both and they're extremely sharp. I use them for decoden and I punctured my hand pretty bad with the straight one trying to pop some jewels off a case.

They do have special lash tweezers though. Try this?

one of my favorite places to buy things is lingeriediva. not sure if you are in north america, but it's a u.s. company with pretty good deals on all kinds of cute shit (not to mention straightforward sizing). I'm a big fan of lace teddies as well, and they have a good selection.

plus, between the 10% off coupons you get with each shipment and their bomb reward points program, you end up saving a ridiculous amount on things already fairly priced. I'd head there before trying my luck on AE.

All this wait for a tiny phone case. This is after I spent another month waiting for the original one I purchased only to find out it never got shipped more than likely since the seller took down the listing.

I'd hate to open a dispute because it looks like the seller actually sent it out (the tracking sort of works) but it either got stuck in Chinese customs or stuck in the holiday mail rush
It however was my most expensive and largest order from 11/11, at about $33 and 8 items, so I am annoyed that I haven't gotten it yet. If it really got stuck in customs, the seller can't do anything about it so opening a dispute would just be pointless

I'm so pissed about this. They keep telling me to wait 2-3 business days after I ask why they haven't stepped in yet. (pretty sure it's a robot at this point)

The situation:
I ordered a small brush holder. They sent the large. It is too big to fit on my vanity without taking up 2/3 of the surface. I offered to send it back, but I said I would not pay for shipping because it is too big/expensive to and not my fault. They refused. So I opened a dispute. Waited the max time for Ali to step in. I provided very detailed measurement pictures as well. They haven't stepped in and I'm 98% sure they don't intend to. Going to call my bank tomorrow and claim it is an unauthorized charge.

I've ordered tons of stuff on Ali over the years and never had this happen. It's really scammy behavior on Ali's part i mo. Where the fuck is the buyer protection? I would be understanding if they at least explained it was a backlog from Christmas or pretended to help. How do they expect people to buy stuff with no guarantee at all?

Last year my 11.11 orders all arrived before Xmas. This year, I receive 1/4.

This 11.11 left a sour taste in my mouth from actually considering ordering aliexpress more in the future. The sale prices were pretty stale. A lot of companies upped their price before the sale only to drop them to reg price on 11.11 and now the little things I bought are taking over 2+ months to get here.
