Just because the cashiers aren't cute girls running up to greet you doesn't mean the customer service is garbage. Seems like they answered questions she had, checked her out with no issues, and weren't rude or anything so I don't understand where you are getting that it's garbage from? Also keep in mind these were two males in a shop full of female clothing, it's plausible they chose to take a less aggressive approach so as not to scare off female customers.
