Bonbon21 is always the bane of my life.

My 11.11 order consist only in designer washi tape. A couple of the designs I wanted were sold out even if I paid a couple of days before 11.11 but to be fair, the seller set some specific time to open the sale.

Also I wanted to ask, would there be any trouble if I ask TBR to ship two orders in one? Will I be charged for an extra fee aside from the 8% they would charge me for the two orders? I made this 11.11 order out of a spur but I was planning to buy my Christmas stuff later.

I have never used a shopping service for taobao. I only started ordering when they opened up us forwarding. I've had a few problems, but nothing I couldn't google translate my way through. Had to contact some sellers to find items and one time a shirt just never made it into my package. I shrugged it off.

Does it get frustrating sometimes? Yes. Is it worth the savings? For me, yes. I see horror stories in these threads about shopping services as well, even the "good" ones so really, at some point you're going to end up getting fucked a little.

I would only use a shopping service if I needed something custom made or I absolutely had to make sure I get something by a certain date.

I've used them since I started using Taobao due to a friend's recommendation and they have been nothing short of amazing. Orders both large and small along with custom sized costumes came through just fine. Their English is great, they communicate really well, and have (usually) a really good response time.

I tried using Taobao Ring one time instead when TBT was having payment system issues, but they used the wrong shipping method despite my having asked them to ship via DHL along with slow responses that almost made me miss a deadline which made me swear off them for good.

I've used Pruany once when ordering prop swords and everything went pretty smoothly. I still would prefer the service of TBT though.

I've used Yoybuy and Taobao direct in the past, I'd say Superbuy is quite good for a first time user although their English isn't as good as some other agents. Just going off the pictures, I assume you unscrew the top and put the oil and water? (never used a humidifier) inside and then screw it back on and press the button.

Not that anon but the only thing I can think of is when seagulls flocked to them and they couldn't handle the amount of orders, especially when they lost some employees and it was just down to one person. People's items got forgotten or misplaced in other orders and I had that happen to me as well over small cosplay props but they were quick to have me fill out a sheet of what was missing and refunded me. I'm using them currently and they've always been fantastic to me even when something goes minor goes wrong. A big part of the issue was people thinking they were in the same tier as long-since established business shopping services and expecting the same amount of speed and deals.

Buynosaur is, from what I can tell, a tiny operation in Hong Kong probably working in a little space with probably only 3-5 workers at the most. Their customer service is fantastic but they're not equipped to handle a lot of orders at a time and stuff falls through the cracks at times because of it. It definitely helps if you're a repeat buyer because then you do get quicker service and more perks. Unlike bigger shopping services, theirs is definitely more loyalty based where if you're a common name for them, they make it a priority to answer you first and go further to make sure they keep you coming back.

tl;dr - Buynosaur is great but small so if you have massive orders or need it ASAP, don't order from them. If you want 2.taobao stuff or need extra help from a shopping service in regard to buying stuff, go to them. They're more than willing to help. Just be warned, if they're experiencing a lot of orders then they'll get overwhelmed pretty quick.

I haven't had problems with them up until now. I may have bought already 3 to 5 orders with them and everything arrived safely and easily.

They also tend to be overcharged with work, and that makes them a little late on answering, but, overall, very reliable and awesome customer service.

Also, best prices I managed to get. They always send me photos of the order and the shipping is calculated on the HK post official website, so I don't get different values.

I used to use them before moving on to Buynosauar and they're okay. The communication is average to good and they usually answer within a day. I just prefer Buynosuar because they're friendlier but if I needed something in a hurry I'd go back to Taobao Trends.

Been using them for 3-4 years now, have never had any problems. They answer emails quickly, help you buy custom products and are really nice overall. Would recommend. The only minus-side is that they don't take Paypal anymore, but credit card works fine.

Yeah it's pretty normal to get little trinkets or samples in your order, especially if you buy a lot from a shop. One little indie shop sent me the cutest art postcard with a note written on it and some candy. I felt bad that I couldn't really appreciate either one because I can't read the language and I had gotten SAL so I didn't feel comfortable eating the food that had been in there over a month.

As a fellow gerfag, how large were your orders by taxing worth? Did you only avoid customs taxing or the 19% VAT too? I have a big order ongoing now (280€ real worth, marked down by spreenow 180$) and I'm not sure whether I should divide my order into 2-3 smaller ones. Measured by actual volume size, I guess it's not that big.

My exprience is that accessories mostly get through, so I'd advise you to split of the accessories in one pack and mark it down, maybe the socks in another pack to make it smaller.
Shoes will most likes get catched I'd never had a pair go through, same with bags.
No clue about the clothing stuff and wigs, chances are 50/50

And I made an order before and it went through but when I tried to order from the same seller again I just kept getting this message. I tried different cards and everything. The seller ships directly to the US so I messaged them but they also don't know what's wrong.
