Then, attempt to do a project or activity that someone else in this thread posts, if you have never done that /cgl/-related thing before. Report back whether it was indeed fun.
I'll start: I like lip-synching a random song from a playlist on Shuffle, in a full coord, in front of a full-length mirror, until I feel confident and no longer take myself too seriously. This helps me get used to seeing myself acting like a dork in lolita so I feel less ridiculous wearing frills out in normal life.

sometimes when i'm wearing lolita i'll like semi-larp as a storybook princess
nobody else is in on the joke but me. i just flounce around all day, act hyper-feminine, work on an embroidery sampler, drink nice tea, and carry myself with grace. a well-dressed seagull sitting in her room, straight-backed and ankles crossed with an embroidery hoop in her lap
actually this is just kind of what i do all the time but i amp it up on some days. shit's fun and you end the day feeling like a million bucks

lol, anon, I do the exactly opposite thing, usually I'm just a very calm and polite, try to act like a full normie adult person in office suit, but when I wear lolita I can't stop myself for being super toxic and agressive. I mean, I'm not acting rude or physically touch somebody, but I do ask guys to play 1v1 with me in Dota 2, use a lot of internet language and do everything to show people around that even I'm a fluffy ruffle lacey pancake today, I'm not an innocent princess, doll or clown. and I like seeing people surprised that this lady in vintage dress is a high skilled gamer and IT specialist.

I do this but in public and boss people around for no good reason. You'd be surprised how many sheeples will actually just do what you tell them to simply because you are dressed up.
