OP here and depending on the outfit, yeah larger than a L is preferred because the sizing differs from outfit to outfit and I'd rather have baggy than too snug for my bust/shoulders. Pic related if I used the 96cm bust range which is comfortable on me. I'd be 2-3 different sizes judging by Bodyline's ever changing size categories and these are just randomly picking some of the top sellers.

So, I'm the anon from the last thread who bought 6 shoe lucky packs (for science). They arrived today, (seeing that huge white bodyline box that I paid $13.80 to ship EMS gave me unfathomable joy) and I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase!
Albeit, they're all the same style except for the long black boots, but I'm not really complaining. Also from my initial inspection, none of them seem to have any flaws that I can see. Even the white ones don't have any marks or stains. Well done, Mr. Yan. Well done.

I got a mixture of 23 and 23.5 since my feet tend to be in-between sizes (I wear US size 7 flats and 6.5 heels). For the record, these 23s seem on the small side. I could get them on, but my toes were right up to end. The 23.5s were still narrow at the toe (could probably still go up a size desu) but are a decent enough fit otherwise.

Well that doesn't bode well for me. I'm a 24.0 but I found with the flatter Bodyline shoes I have to get a 24.5 or even a 25.0 to properly fit without pinching/too much tightness.
I didn't get EMS so I guess I'll see what two pairs of shoes I get in a few weeks.

I'm not sure about the max bust on the classic jsk, I can take very amateur measurements, but they might not be 100% accurate.
There is shirring in the back if that helps.

I will say that this is hands down the highest quality piece I've gotten from BL.
The fabric is thick and the bottom half is lined with a built-in underskirt.
The bows on the front bottom have the option to bustle.
The waist ties are removable, and the shoulder straps are adjustable with two button holes

I took a measure and the bust is 37cm across and the shirring stretches up to 27 additional cm, so I would say it can fit a more ample size than what's listed. If your bust is under 100cm it should be alright.
Also it's only 13.33 on the site rn so not a big loss if it doesn't fit.

I bought L566 in black and it just came in the mail today! I'm surprised to find it's printed on a strange fabric that has a canvas-like texture.
It definitely has a nice shape, but it's unlined and sits super short on me (5'8"). If anyone would like more photos or to take it off my hands, let me know!

Don't buy it anon. The front not buttoning up is one thing, but the sleeves are cut with very very little give in them so it's jut not comfortable to move around in. I had at least 4cm of leeway with the bust measurement if I remember correctly, so. The dress looks cute enough though so if you have a tiny frame it might work for you.

Anyone have their contact address? They 'sent out' something of mine over a month ago, don't bother checking the tracking because I've ordered from them countless times and I'll just wait it out, decide after all this time it's worth checking the tracking and the tracking number is invalid. I try to contact them using the form on their site and it keeps giving me an error, do they have an e-mail address I can just send them an e-mail directly to? What should I ask them for, tell them the tracking was invalid and I never received my item and ask for a replacement?

Never had a bad experience with them before but this has really soured things for me, I was going to buy some new shoes from them too but I don't know if I want to after all this.

I own pic related in "off-white" and the color is more of what I would call ivory/cream. The stock pictures for all the other "off-white" shoes look much more white than these, can anyone confirm? I want to order boots but I need them to be more white than ivory.

(Also a little worried that I will never get them at all but the price is better than I'll ever get for boots shipped elsewhere so worth a shot?)

All the "off white" boots that I've seen in reviews have always been more white. I also have a pair that's definitely more white than off white. I think it's more uncommon for them to actually be offwhite. Just look up reviews of the boots you're looking to get.

Shoes Received: ??? I can't find either of them listed any more.

I was excited to see that I got the Ouji RHS too even if I was worried that they wouldn't fit. I bought a pair of 24.5 regular RHS before and couldn't even get my foot into them. These were very snug but bearable and I'm too fond of them to give them up already. The color is a darker red, darker than the other pair I got. The shoelaces are godawful though, way too long and made from a stiff cord material. No defects though!

The second pair I got sent me right back to early 2000's VK and Mana inspired EGL. The color is a brighter red and one shoe had a chip off of it on the toe but nothing too big. These had weird hooks and non-functioning straps on the ankles. The bottom straps are the metal snaps you find on most Bodyline shoes.
I feel like a complete giant in these with how chunky and high up the heels are and the non-skid bottoms are A++ I tried to swivel in place and went nowhere.
These fit very comfortably and despite being a 24.0 when I normally get a 24.5, I had a comfortable amount of toe room so I'd say these run a half size large.


Overall, very pleased even if I currently have nothing to wear with either of them since I didn't know what I'd get. Only one shoe out of the four had a little defect and none ran too small that they were unwearable.

The only issue I had was with the shipping method. Each one was bubble wrapped weirdly with the bubble wrap on the outside and tossed into a polymailer which arrived with a hole in it big enough I could look inside the bag and see what was in there.

Now I just have to figure out what the heck to wear with those chunky shoes. Any suggestions?

I ordered 3 shoe lucky packs and they've all arrived, no pics right now b/c I'm away for Thanksgiving and don't have access to them. They look pretty much identical to the product pics desu.
I received the following:
- s507 (http://bodyline.jp/en/s507.html) in black. The sole was loose on one shoe but it was easily fixed with shoe glue. Good basic shoe.
- s503 (http://bodyline.jp/en/s503.html) in white. A few little purple-ish stains but they came off with a little elbow grease. I have no idea what I'll wear this with. The flowers are removable, thank god.
- s537 (http://bodyline.jp/en/s527.html) in pink. Damn, these are cute. I wouldn't have bought these on my own but I'm glad I got them. I don't wear pink very often but I'll try to figure out a coord to wear them with.

Exactly. I love to use bodyline as filler in my wardrobe since I tend to wear Lolita every day. Its cheaper, I know i can throw it in a washing machine, and its usually pretty comfy!

I only have one bodyline dress I ever wore to meet though and everyone was totally shocked to hear it was actually bodyline. (it was a really old bodyline piece) So Id probably wear bodyline to a meet again as long as I was sure it looked on point.

Both dresses are unlined and made from the same canvas-like fabric. The skirts are pretty short, though. You might need an underskirt if you're tall.

I know ETC has definitely made a jsk with the same rabbit print as l568, though I'm not sure about the ribbon print.

The bodice on the l568 is entirely shirred, and doesn't look so great on its own. It'll be really cute as a skirt, though, or worn under a buttoned cardigan or jacket.

Forgot to mention that the bows on both dress are sewn on.

Just bought l420! The fabric is so nice and the lace that they use is adorable. The M size is a little long on me (I'm 5 ft tall and it goes to my knees) but overall I can't find any real issues with it. I'm using to make my first wintery christmas/valentine's day themed coord.

the most color-accurate photo is probably the close up on the far right. It really depends on the light. My pictures were taken in cool blue light, its accurate to bodyline's photographs. I wore it in 30 degree weather the other night (layered with a long sleeve blouse and a coat) and felt fine.

black L325 skirt which I'm really happy with.

That being said, I personally would much sooner put $550 for a taobao order of wigs, wristcuffs, hair pieces, bows, socks, tights, perhaps a few JSKs and OPs, I feel like you'd get more bang for your buck and a lot of it would be better quality/better money spent.
