Too many to list, most of taobao will supply you a decent wig. The bar is really low, just get a wig that's not shiny plastic (and if you do, cosplayers have some advice on how to deal with that with fabric softener and talc). You're better off looking in the taobao thread and the cosplay help thread to find good wigs since a good chunk of lolitas don't wear wigs anyway.

As for itas. I don't think their problem neccessarily lies in not knowing where to buy wigs, it seems like a lot of them approach lolita like OC cosplay of a lolita character and take their cues from itatastic anime lolitas with brightly coloured hair and eye-blinding colour schemes.

Most replicas that people buy are usually very shoddy quality. Horrible fabrics, wonky if not downright atrocious construction. I have some replicas (I collect them for education purposes, many came from fellow gulls) that would not even be suitable to be sold at somewhere like Walmart who usually has really awful cheap clothing that will start breaking down after a few wears.

Design replicas, things that contain no character art and are relatively well constructed are a grey area. Some people hate them, some people tolerate them, some people are fine with them. But that is fully within the realm of legal (but maybe not moral or creative) so long as it's not stolen art or logos. Lots of people use the gold star replica bag because the original AP one rarely comes up for sale and not many people have issue with this because it's just a generic shape not a mascot character.

Besides, these days you can obtain all that super popular and replicated OTT sweet for much cheaper. There are tons of options these days, but maybe not as much in 2010 when they were becoming really popular.

You can see the max poof is around her butt instead of her knees or thighs, and then where the petticoat ends the skirt has nothing to hold it out, so it's curving back in towards her legs, just above the back of her knees. As for being fat, this skirt is probably normal-poof for a normal-width person, but since her waist is so big the skirt looks too narrow in comparison.
