Is anyone else having issues with NY ISC? I've had a package stuck in customs for over a damn week now and I'm getting really frustrated. It's a dress and a coat not a fucking bomb.

Explain to them your package appears to be hung up in ISC NY. They'll need the address it's going to, tracking if available, and country of origin. Have the information about the pieces on hand: price, material type, category of item, and country of origin.

Custom searches are random. Unfortunately, coats and dresses are the two items with the highest fees to import in the U.S. Both items, if they contain synthetics, can garner a 17% excess fee.

It could be hung up with a fee or it could have been improperly labeled.

Otherwise blame the 3 day weekend and the fact every company is importing christmas goods.

Adding to that... you didn't mark it as a gift did you?

Never mark things as gifts. It'll likely get pulled for a search.

Otherwise... make sure your items weren't over 100 if they were marked as gifts and make sure they weren't over 200 if they were marked as personal usage. If you import a package with a statement over this amount, it's in holding at customs. Call them to avoid ungodly holding fees.

And I also have a package held up at ISC NY if it makes you feel better. It should have arrived around the... 9th. It hasn't even been processed yet so they are likely behind.

Got a question regarding fromJapan -
On their website, they state that ordered items will be held in their warehouse for a maximum of 30 days before they get shipped out.
I just bought something through them today. If I buy something else in say, 25 days, does this mean that I can wait another 30 days from that day on before my items get shipped, or is it 30 days from the first item I've bought has arrived at their warehouse?

I like to place mass orders when I shop with agents, had plans to waste some 60.000 yen on an order in January, but won 2 auctions today on items that I was scared I'd never see again if I didn't grab them. If I keep adding one item here and there until the big spree in 3 months, will that be fine/possible?

It's basically a cushion on each end of the stick, with a spring-loaded pot of cream eyeshadow in the lids. When you screw them on, the colour desposits onto the cushions.
Technically it's made for aegyo sal, but I just use the brown under my eyes to bring out the almond shape and use the shimmery cream on my lids.

It's just way easier to have the two basic colours in one stick than mess around with eyeshadow pacts and brushes to be desu.

SO, Firstly it takes forever to update as in NZ, much longer than it should have (red flags already), I contact Buyee about it, theyre not much help so I contact NZ Post - also not much help, 2 days later it "arrives in NZ" (at this point I assume they have had it earlier and only now mark it as arrived) and the same day they mark the tracking as "In transit to local depot" meaning they have loaded it on a courier van and sent it out to my town. So I think nothing of this, cos obviously its going to be delivered the next day. NOPE. Doesn't get delivered. Okay, so there must be delays? I wait a bit over a week as it was a weekend and then I contact them on a THURSDAY before a long weekend with the promise they will get back to me before 5pm. They contact me 4 days later, and say "an investigator has been assigned to your package" then another day after that I finally get a message back from someone who actually knows something.

"Hi, your package arrived into NZ missing labels. We have had no contact for 7 days from anyone regarding the package, so we have sent it back to Japan"

FUCKING WHAT. They made zero effort to contact me - my phone number should have been on the package, and if it was the shipping address that was ruined, they did not message me through the tracking system. IN FACT. THEY LIED, AND SAID IT WAS CURRENTLY BEING SENT TO ME - HENCE I DID NOT RING THEM EARLIER BECAUSE I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION MY LOCAL DEPOT HAD THE PACKAGE.

SO. I spent around $180 posting this over (after fees, fk Japan Post) only for it to be sent back by GOD KNOWS WHAT METHOD - WHO KNOWS IF IT WILL EVER ARRIVE BACK IN JAPAN. And NZ Post refuse to compensate anything, so currently hoping it will SAFELY arrive back with Buyee, and I will not require to pay the postage a second time since according to NZ Post, it was Japan Posts problem and they should be the ones who will compensate me.

I bought something on LM from a brand new user with no feedback (literally made the account and started selling shit the day of). They're prices were notably good and they had consistent & good proof photos for all of their items. I only bought 1 $50 item from them and they offered free shipping so I figured it would be worth the risk.

Up until payment they had slow-ish communication but it was still good. After payment they went 0 dark thirty.

It's been a week since I payed them and I haven't heard anything. They might be new not know they need to notify me about shipping and are not logging on anymore because they sold all their items. Still, I don't want to wait too long before opening a paypal dispute. What should I do? Should I wait a bit longer to see if my package comes in? Or see if they respond?

Keep an eye on your Paypal protection time to make sure you've still got plenty of time so you can eventually get your $$ back, but I'd give it a little longer first. LM is horrible with notifying people about messages and I've had people only get back to me about having shipped an item like a week and a half afterwards.
