I always have mixed feelings about her and ryuchalo. Like, I do think it's ok if he wants to dress up and look like this if he actually really wants it. But a kid of that age should be focusing on playing with other kids, having fun and learning for school. Instead this old hag is forcing him to hang around host clubs at night, to be aroubd alcohol, cigarettes and other things a kid shouldn't see. I think my entire ~thinspiration~ consists of gyaru with pencil-thin thighs. I wanna look as good as they do in thigh-high boots.

I'm trying to lose around 10kg for my goal weight so I'm trying to kick my sugar addiction, which have been SUPER hard.

Seriously! What do you do to lose weight in your legs. I've done pretty good losing weight everywhere and not bulking my legs up while doing it but no change in my calves or thighs!

You can't lose weight in one place. If you want to lose weight in your legs, you need to lose weight everywhere.

Eat less calories than you work out. Do cardio and lift weights. While doing cardio it's better to jump some ropes really fast instead of running for a long period of time.

I have two pairs of LL otk boots but I've never bought any from western brands. I'm a size 0 but my legs are my "problem area" although ofc they're not THAT disproportionate (I just don't have super stick legs) and I'd say that Liz Lisa's boots are a good fit - neither too roomy or too small.

Not necessarily tree trunks but they're sure as hell not always gyaru thin. If you've got muscle on your legs just due to genetics or previous exercise then that won't miraculously disappear even when you get to borderline underweight or low-normal weight.

I have issues with wearing circle lenses and would rather not use them to be safe.
Is there any way to pull this style off without circle lenses? Or does it look weird?

Until they mention the bleeding and pealing at the nail bed, (which some have reported) they do look cool. I had 3-4 inch long nails and I accidentally grabbed onto something with enough force to peel the nails from the bed. They never went back to normal. DO NOT GET GEL OR ACRYLICS of that size. Every health care practitioner advises against it. And you won't have the same range of actions as before, you'll get used to being semi handicapped, is all. Those things are for masochists.

If one is going to get nails of that size, gel is the better option.

Gel nails are slightly weaker than regular acrylics and are more likely to simply break off then taking an entire nail bed off.

Both MMA and legal acrylic monomer stink. It's harder than one thinks to tell the difference between MMA and simply cheap legal monomer liquid.

MMA isn't that poisonous, but it'll easily take your entire nail bed off in the event of snagging a nail. It's used because it is so resilient, unfortunately the bond to the nail bed to so strong that it'll tear the nail with the artificial extension.

Also, some states it is legal to use electrical file drills on natural nails. Don't let them do this. Ask for them to use a regular file to buff the natural nail surface before application. This will also prevent tearing.

I was under the assumption that most gals had gels. They still get bleeding at the nail bed because its the length that is dangerous. Is it difficult to build sturdy length with gel? I didn't have acrylics when that happened, an alternative bonding method was used. It was nowhere as thick and strong as acrylic.

Thanks for the info. I know a bit from reading about it on tumblr and elsewhere it it wasn't that fresh. If mma has those adhesive properties how can salons use it? They could get sued.

I've heard horror stories of places trying to remove acrylics with drills and tugging, ugh. Nothing like that has happened to me though.

Actually that's a very common myth! If you want to burn calories do some good HIIT cardio or HIIT bodyweight exercises. If you want to build muscle (which will increase your metabolism and do all kinds of great stuff) then progressively increase the weights you lift. You will get nowhere doing low weights forever. Its been around 1.5 years since I started actively exercising. I've lost about 60 or so lbs and lost weight everywhere but my lower half - but they also haven't bulked up either. I run, do yoga, and swim but never any strength training or any other cardio.

Depends, I can function pretty well with them. Sports, work, shopping, everything is possible. The important point is that your original nailbed has to be long enough and that you get them re-done as soon as they grew out a little, otherwise yep they'll break and it'll be painful as hell

Check out alibaba but if you want to make sure the damn thing works, check out ebay. They have tons of flip phones including the RAZR that were popular in the mid-2000's.

Otherwise, ask around! My friend still keeps her purple flip phone. Some people still keep their old ones around.

Otherwise, ask your phone company. Most just don't keep flip phone models in regular circulation, but they can special order them if you are willing to wait a week or two.
