Old thread saging: >>9158721
I've been having to hold on to every spare cent for AWA, and as a consequence missed out on the big sale. So, who else is in restock hell?
Also if anyone has any reviews (or, better yet, pictures) of pic related in the matte red color I'd be eternally grateful.
>>9189278
I wish they'd restock their larger sizes as they're the only store I know of selling decent quality lolita shoes larger than an L
Also, still haven't got my tracking. Like, just the tracking number, but tracking it still doesn't work. And since it's the first time I ordered there I'm extremely nervous now
>>9189308
When did you order, and are you using AIR? They only ship AIR on Tuesdays.
>>9189278
Mr Yan is on trial for fingering cat buttholes in public so they won't be restocking any time soon.
>>9189337
It was airmail yes. And I've ordered during the sale so on the 2nd? of September it was? Right? Should I worry if it isn't out on next Tuesday/Wednesday?
This style of shoe used to come in a minty green color. It would be absolutely perfect for a coord I'm planning, but I don't think they'll ever restock.
>>9189339
We all knew this day would come.
>>9189353
Bodyline "mint" is a terrible lime green. Don't buy it. I terribly regret my purchase, it's hideous.
>>9189360
I thought so too, until I got pic related (not my pic) in the mail and it had that shade of mint in the print. It's really hard to see in the photo.
Petit Patisserie in mint is also on my WL and it looks like it would match from pics.
>>9189371
>>9189278
I've never ordered from bodyline before but these shoes are adorable! Should I go for +5/10/15mm of my usual size?
>>9189461
15.
>>9189471
Thanks!
>>9189461
If you buy the red ones pls post pics of them in both indoor lighting and natural lighting if you don't mind?
I'll be your friend desu desu. :^)
>>9189373
It's more bright than it looks, it wouldn't match. I also bought it thinking it would be a good match for a similar mint coord too. But when it arrived, it was a text marker lime green and it's very bright. Doesn't look like this shade on the picture at all.
I kinda give up of it and painted in another color for cosplay.
>>9189801
Depsite from being precise, even this kind of measurement tends to 'run small' however brands manage to fuck it up.
I don't know how it is for Bodyline, but I had several pairs of Japanese shoes in LL which usually is a 26.5 and fits well. But I had one pair of shoes in that size (from shimamura) which despite of being an LL run small and will hurt after 1-2hours of wearing them
>>9189806
Its not unique to japanese shoes thats just what shoes are like in general I have vans that are tight despite having a different pair in the same size that fit perfectly
its just more more annoying with lolita shoes because most of us cant try them on before we buy :(
Do bodyline do blue shoes besides sax and dark navy?
And whats a good bouse without tight ass biceps
>>9189822
>And whats a good bouse without tight ass biceps
Not being fat helps
>>9189825
Your so edgey I could fucking die
>>9189825
Not that anon you replied to, but have you thought about girls who muscles on their upper arms or wider shoulders?
I've never bought a bodyline blouse though, don't know about their measurement
>>9189337
Didn't he start to ship air daily tho? Atleast my packages have left immeadiately and not waited till Tuesday. This is the first time the package is sitting somewhere.
>>9189822
I've had some luck with Bodyline's blouses generally but I've mainly been sticking to custom-made blouses or Baby as they tend to be more forgiving in the arm area and better quality.
I'm built like a linebacker with muscular arms and broader shoulders.
>>9189825
My bicep is 11 inches so I would need a extra inch or two for comfort I dont know if thats normal or not im happy with my body and dont need to lose weight and even at my thinnest ive always had a bit of muscle so it wont make much difference currently 38-28-38 and 5"7 I like my body and so do the guys :p
>>9189278
I've ordered the last pair in my size in black during the sale. Can't talk about color for you but can say something about fit and quality. These shoes have been restocked before because they're popular, so you mitgh have luck.
My tracking is still not working trough. Mr. Yan said it would be send out this week and tracking for all packages should work this weekend. My 3 tracking codes aren't working, none of them. Anyone has working tracking yet?
>>9189339
Is it true? I trought it was a big joke.
>>9190200
Mine isn't working either
I still haven't received my tracking number from the sale. Did everybody else? I made the order on the 5th.
Is anyone with wig 124 willing to do a review?
>>9190203
check the order page on your account. It should be on status: shipped. You can find your tracking number there. Often enough, you never get a mail from it.
>>9190214
Care to explain why? Most people agree Bodyline actually offers decent wigs for the price. I own 4 and two of those are my all time favorites.
Wigs and shoes are the best things you can get form Bodyline.
>>9190214
Yeah please explain, I have some bl wigs and they're by far the best that I own if you compare price to quality.
>not shiny
>full hair
>very little hair loss
>good to style
Short update! I am >>9190201
My tracking is finally working, package is in Narita
>>9189566
That sucks. Thanks for the heads up. I found them still for sale on Cosmates' site and almost bought them. Bullet dodged.
>>9190200
>I've ordered the last pair in my size in black during the sale. Can't talk about color for you but can say something about fit and quality.
When you say "your size" do you mean your EXACT size? I was planning on going a half a size up to be safe, but are these shoes actually . . . accurate?
>These shoes have been restocked before because they're popular, so you might have luck
I sure hope so, friend.
>>9189278
I feel you OP.
Hoping forever they restock these platforms.
Stupidly bought a 24.5 cause I usually needed a chinese 24.5/39, never got around to wearing them but lost weight and my feet shrunk (I had no idea that would happen) and now I'd need a 23!
>>9189461
BL shoes run kinda large anon.
>>9190706
Bought half size up. I own 3 pair of bodyline shoes, all 3 in size 24,5. One fits perfectly and two fit a bit to tight. Decided to buy these in 25,0 as I can always wear some pump socks in my socks/tights if the fall like they should (I do have a 24,5. It's always right at other stores).
>>9190294
Same here. Package confirmed to be in Narita and hopefully soon in europe.
>>9189278
Cosmates has them but they're twice the price of Bodyline.
>>9190851
Fuck that.
My tracking number still isnt working
>>9191330
Chill the fuck out.
>>9190294
Same!
Finally got an email that my package was shipped! My stuff is also in Narita lol.
>>9189856
Sort of the same thing, how do their blouses run? I have an 86 cm bust but I have almost 40 cm shoulders. Are there any roomy ones in the shoulders that won't have me popping out of the back like the hulk?
Man, ordered my stuff on the 3rd of September and got them shipped out just now. I hope they'll arrive before Halloween.
>get parcel today
>just receive email saying package has shipped
t-thanks
>>9191960
Me too Anon, me too!
>>9192093
Also, same anon, if it's Birthday sale, what country?
>>9192096
I'm not any of those anons but got the same email and shoes delivered today. Shipped ems, I'm in the us.
Did anyone get the nun dress yet?
>>9190253
which wigs do you love, anon? i have the ringlet one and i agree it's great quality....think i paid ~$10 for it.
how many nudes must i send to yanners to get this for free?
pls no bully im poor :(
>>9192113
I chose air so I have some more waiting to do
What shoes did you get pics please
>>9190741
You must have lost alot of weight if it started coming off your feet :o congrats anon
>>9192582
you're posting on the wrong board. You gotta go on one where the horny guys are.
>>9192709
>implying rando dudes on some other cancerous board would understand the psyche of Mr. Yan better than we do
>>9192582
Try sending 20 and see what happens. :^)
>>9191937
Aw. I'm sure it'll get here on time. I ordered on the same date. I'm in the US and i got an email /tracking saying it arrived at my state's largest city, but it might take some time to process and arrive with living in a much smaller town.
What did you get?
I just got a refund, 25€ from 37€. What the hell they are doing? I had a tracking number already.
>>9192752
Only sending one item probably. If for some reason they can't deliver (last year some people bought the last item at exactly the same time for example) their policy is to just return the money for those items and send the rest. Wouldn't be surprised if they wouldn't refund part of the shipping trough, it's Bodyline after all. And indeed, they never tell you.
I'm scared to death as I bought some shoes which I know where last, so I bought just before official sale start but prices where lowered (on all items I wanted but not all items in store). I really ope they won't refund a thing, but got three tracking numbers so I hope it's going to arrive all.
>>9192781
Well fuck. I'm going to open a dispute to get the rest, wheter they ban me or not. Thank you for a quick answer.
>>9192835
So to clarify I only got shoes, got refunded only for them and can't open a dispute to get the shipping cost back. Emailed Paypal already. Bodyline never again.
>>9190741
I love these shoes with my entire soul and have been wearing one pair down into the dirt practically. I actually wear 24.5, if you're in Australia I might consider buying these off you if you are looking for the smaller size. I love me those big clunky old school gothic shoes.
Question from someone kinda new to Bodyline:
Do they have multiple sales a year, and if so when?
>tfw you're willing to wait until next september if you absolutely must
>>9194017
I think they also have the new year sale
How good is the L348 for non-oldschool? I want it in black because it seems super versatile but I don't want to get it if it will scream oldschool no matter what because I don't wear that style.
>>9194293
You might be able to make it work but it's got a pretty oldschool vibe. Try something like l088 or l087 if you want a versatile dress that doesn't have as much of the lace thing.
>>9190258
Not that anon, but they're all different. I had a couple of BL wigs I really liked and that could be heat styled, but I've had others that had a net (not lace) cap and felt awful. You don't really know what you're getting unless you've seen reviews.
lol that $100 wig is still there u guys
Since Bodyline has their big 50% sale, I could use some pictures of s502 to help my decision.
Blouses? Sorry if this has been asked before but there is no blouses tab. What has happened?
>>9196340
They're in bloomers now. Please read the thread, this has been asked two or three times by now
I've ordered the chocoberry jsk in beige. Does anyone have any pictures of it worn? I found one from Google but it looks short on the girl and I'm worried it won't be long enough.
>>9189278
I ordered those shoes maybe a week or so ago during the sale and just got a refund from paypal god dammit
So is it a bad move to get actual clothing from Bodyline?
>>9196379
Not really? I own some of their punk stuff and I love it, it's just that the shipping now makes it not worth it.
>>9196379
It's hit or miss. Their gothic, pink stuff is ok. and desu the uniforms are also nice.
Tried to checkout and got the security warning from chrome. Anyone else managed to check out successfully? I know it's a recurring issue with them but I don't feel safe trusting my paypal details to them.
I'm getting these shoes in black for Gothic Lolita but the only review I could find for them was in Spanish.
>>9195892
Wouldn't that be why OP asked for a review? Come on now.
>>9194017
Happy again? Mr Yan so bipolar sale!
>>9196453
Sure, why the fuck not? Please let shipping be fixed.
>>9196487
The shipping was a flat rate up to a certain amount then you got free. Now it's like pic related
>>9196487
I'm wondering about this as well. Their shipping prices look average compared to other Japanese sellers. Shipping from Japan is expensive as fuck.
>>9196491
That sounds amazing, shit.
>>9196499
>>9196505
The minimum for the free Air shipping was around $25 I think? So it wasn't like they were mailing out heavy shoes for free like with their limited free shipping campaigns.
I just wish the shipping prices were fixed to where it wasn't determined by magic. I can get a figure shipped from Japan for $5, why does a hair bow cost over $8?
>>9196511
Isn't it determined by weight?
>>9196516
>determined by weight
You tell me. Two of these cost $8.63 to send which is only $4 cheaper than a pair of RHS.
An anon posted this as part of what they have coming in the last thread, does anybody happen to know which blouse it is? I can't seem to find it for the life of me
>>9196534
That looks like it's from the kids section
>>9196569
I thought that may have been the case as well and looked but nope, not there either. Plus the mannequin they use for kids items has a black knob on top rather than a silver top, which is typically what's used for regular items
>>9196534
>>9196574
Oh wait, I've found it. It's l108
>shitty photography and beige on beige made it impossible to see the detailing I was keeping an eye out for
>thanks mr. yan
Does anyone have http://bodyline.jp/en/p035.html and know if the kilt is detachable? It looks that way in the pics, but I don't know for certain.
/cgl/, what are some items less than $15 that are worth your money?
>>9196773
Yan bodypillow
>>9196453
>tfw the sale is back but the only thing you want is still out of stock
>>9196453
Wait what. Did yan just drop another random 50% off sale?
Anyone else's tracking just not updated at all? it's said its in narita since the 19th and hasn't moved.
>>9197163
Same, I really wanted my items for NYCC, but i'm worried that's not gonna happen now. Placed my order Sep 1st.
gdi, site crashed right as I was putting an order through. Is it down for everyone else or am I just an unlucky fuck?
>>9197191
It's working fine for me, anon.
>>9197163
Mine was sent at the 18th and is now in customs.
>tfw you pray that shit gets through customs again without any additional pay
>>9197239
Mine also got shipped on 18th (order on 2nd September) and has now reached the first customs office of my country.
>>9196823
>tfw all you want is a black and a white blouse in the same style, but all that is left is beige.
noob here
would it be worth it to wait until the sale ends (assuming shipping returns to normal), or is it more convenient to buy now?
I don't really know normal bodyline prices
>>9197937
shipping will never be the same
>>9189278
Kill me pls.
>>9197163
It's weird but my shipping for a taobao order hasn't updated in two weeks. So idk if it's an EMS thing or what but I want all my packages to come in.
>>9198546
I shipped air not Ems I'm wondering if its worth it to email bodyline
>>9198709
This. I had Bodyline packages not show up in their tracking for 2 weeks and then it suddely showed up at my door. Once I even had a dress delivered to some guy across the country and then showing up a week later without further notice.
Newfag here. Is it normal to have my package shipped with EMS while I paid for air? Not complaining though, it will arrive before halloween :^)
>>9198777
International shipping on japanese tracking alsways calls it EMS, whether it's air or EMS. If your tracking number starts with R it's airmail and if it starts with E it's EMS.
with the 50% off sale still on, do you gulls think it's worth spending £50 on a base coord for Halloween with £13 on top for shipping?
Theres a 7 day delay on orders too and as far as i remember it takes 2-3 weeks to ship to the UK so not sure if it'd arrive before Halloween or not
Reporting in. My Mr Yan so Birthday sale shit just arrived here. It came in a grey plastic bag. No items missing or damaged.
It arrived on friday in my country and I didn't have to pay any customs.
>tfw yan turns a 11k yen order into 1,8k and customs dont give a fuck regardless the giant bag size.
Are they totally out of pillows? I can't find them.
>>9201087
I think mine arrived aswell. If dhl didn't fuck it up
>Skipped buying anything from the sale because I didn't remember the prices and thought it wasn't that big of a difference, and shipping was fucked up
>Sale ends, realize I could have saved like $60 if I bought during the sale
>Fucking good job me
>Sale comes back
>Hyped as fuck, decide that I'm gonna buy the stuff I wanted so it wont happen again
>Literally everything I was gonna buy is out of stock
>mfw

http://bodyline.jp/en/acc1486.html
Would these work in lolita? I'm thinking of getting the dark brown ones for a coord, but I'm afraid they'll look a bit too plain or normal..
>>9201487
I don't think so, they're kind of bulky looking. Would be cute for mori though.
>>9201487
They'd look good in a punk coord, and you MIGHT be able to make them work in a more punky sweet coord or a casual look.
>>9201487
They could work fine in punk or a country lolita look.
Whoever said bl shoes run small must either have fat feet or doesn't know their shoe size. They run extremely large and are pretty wide. I got two pairs and ordered them half a size up and they're both 1,5 sizes too large (not a big deal, can be stuffed, but it's a little annoying). Me feet aren't small and they are pretty 'wide' yet bl shoes are even wider and larger.
>>9203020
It all depends on which shoes. Some of them run smaller, some run bigger
>>9203027
Well, I got two different pairs and the reviews on the webpage as soon as here and on some blogentries I could find all said they run small. What a fucking joke
>>9203020
Every shoes is different, nothing is consistent One style may run big while another style may run small.
>>9203182
That's why I said that I've ordered two completely different models
>>9203202
There is absolutely no change you ordered two models that run big? Wtf? I have several pairs and can confirm different shoes have different kind of sizes. For example, rocking horses run super narrow, s530 was like a size too small and s535 was normal. I wouldn't be surprised if there were different patches of one spesific model which were sized differently. Just get over this already. People just have different kind of feet which effects on their opinion. Also, it probably depends a lot which pair they got before those shoes, if they run big those that run normal can seem small. Or you have anorexic feet.
>>9203096
Did you use the size conversion chart or did you actually measure your feet though?
>>9203335
I actually measured my feet and read tons of reviews before hand since I rarely order shoes online. But as said before I can stuff them and since I'm into oldschool anyway it'll just let me look more nostalgic x'D
Finally received the nun costume. Anyone interested in a review?

Yes!!

>>9203680
oh god, I only noticed my mistake. I deeply apologize for this ugly thing behind my post. How did it end up there?
>>9203486
I am! Still waiting for mine, i was planning to post one too and it would be good to have more than 1 review floating around
I want to order a couple of cheap things for a Halloween coord, with regular air shipping, what's the chance that it would get here before Halloween?
So Bodyline has this listed as 88 cm max bust with shirring. Does anybody own this? Is the bust really that small?
>>9198714
According to the tracking one of my packages isn't even in the UK yet, but it showed up at my door today. The other package is supposed to be in the country but is nowhere to be seen.
What the heck is going on with my package? Why hasn't it had any update at all for over a week? I thought this was "EMS" shipping.
>>9204765
Is there just one size of it?
>>9205308
definitely not EMS if it's taking this long
you have been rooked
>>9205308
This sucks m8
My airmail arrived only a week after shipment
>>9203904
i just picked up the dress today! I will say that it is quite shiny but its not too bad, also the white is very stark and dosent match any of my accessories as they are all off-white so im thinking about lightly tea dying it. the space for any kind of petti is almost non existent, i layered two cheap tutu skirts under it and that seems to be the maxium it can hold. It came with all the accessories (wimple and cross etc) i pretty pleased with it!
>>9205354
Yeah it's marked as size M. Which at a 95 bust I can normally fit their shirred M pieces bUT the size is listed so small with shirring I don't want to buy it and not have it even close to fitting
>>9205319
>>9205391
>>9205397
Welp, I guess time to contact them and ask for a refund on my shipping if they fucked up and gave me airmail when I paid EMS.
I got ordered September 1st with airmail and both packages have shipped but haven't left Japan. This happening to anybody else?
>>9204765
>88cm
>small
pick one.
>>9205615
yes
>>9203020
Yup, I have flat feet that are lengthening as my arches collapse, so I thought I was a 250 when I am more of a 255 now. I also have severe bunions which means the front of my feet are twice the width of my ankle. For both those reasons my Bodyline shoes have been a bloody lifesaver even if they fit no one else. I bought the same style in 3 colours.
>>9205618
88cm bust isn't that much though? You can have larger breast without being a fatty.
I have a 92cm breast
While my waist is 68-70cm
You dare call me a fatty even if I'm not that anon asking for that dress
>>9205676
91-72 here, gotta buy L or 2L depending on the cut and just take in the waist.
>crei
>>9205676
>70cm waist
FATTY DETECTED
So I've never bought anything from Bodyline but with the sale it's looking like the best bet for buying several items cheaply for an upcoming event...
It seems like there's no way I'll get anything I order in the next few days before Halloween. What's the chance that I might get it before November 12th? 5 weeks from now?
>>9205661
Me too, although thankfully with my orthotics they aren't getting too much worse. I'm really worried for the day when I get a hammer toe and really can't fit any shoes or do anything at all, since the corrective surgeries have such mediocre outcomes.
>>9206163
You should be OK for Nov 12th. I generally allow Bodyline a month.
Just got my haul for my nonexistence maid/idol career, if anyone would like some quick reviews? I also got a bunch of crappy pettis.
>mail lady dragging pounds of cheap costumes to the front door
>feels bad man
>>9206434
please review far left and far right!
>tfw I just realized that my browser's autofill put my address in BOTH the address boxes
My address reads like this:
Miss Seagull
123 Candy Lane
123 Candy Lane
Buttfuck, CT 66666
I'm never going to see my package, am I?
Of course it's going to arrive you autist your mailperson isn't a retard
>>9206511
It's okay, I've had the happen before and the package got to me just fine. The scanner misread it, but am actual postal worker figured it out.
Haul! Really happy with everything, though the violin boots were a little expensive even at sale price and I'm annoyed by 'Louis Vuitton' being written on the scarf. (Can't whine too much for 50p, though.)
>>9206434
Please can you review the nurse costume?
>>9205446
Is the material too costumey for dailywear?
Why the fuck is anyone even still buying from Bodyline?
Their shoes are plastic shit and their dresses feel like cheap tablecloth. They are literally a costume shop in Japan.
>>9190180
WOW THE GUYS LIKE YOUR BODY YOU MUST FEEL SO FULFILLED!
>>9206748
Actually I have a pair of their heels for daily wear and a year later they still get compliments and wear great. Their punk hoodies areally good too.
>>9206490
>>9206593
The nurse costume is basically what you see is what you get. The material is a slightly thinner polyester and the zipper is goes all the way down in the front. Haven't tried it on for fit, but the nurse cap doesn't come with instructions and as far as I can tell, almost head-eatingly large.
>>9206490
The material is silkier feeling on this one, but the dress is not lined. The neck now is surprisingly sturdy feeling. The only thing that annoys me is although the lace is of the nicer cotton variety, I have a slight phobia with looking at holes and the apron and headband are full of that holey lace.
>>9206738
The shine isn't that bad, it's not very noticeable so it's defiantly still wearable
>>9206782
I've worn this in a coord with the chest bow as a waist bow. I'm short and it sufficed until the IW-inspired dress happened, which is also in the costume section I believe.
>>9206201
Splints help, if temporarily. I have plastic ones for in the house and spandex ones for outside if I know I'm going to be on my feel a while. Oddly enough I feel more comfortable in heels though, and my toes seem to straighten themselves out when walking more on the balls of my feel. Possibly because the achilles tendon is likely shortened. In any case, Bodyline has been a lifesaver for me, really. I like wearing the shoes with casual outfits as well and they've stood up to being squashed in suitcases, ploughing through 6ft grass, gravel playing DDR and 12 hours of walking. Most of my normal shoes at that price point have had one side of the heel completely worn down and the upper material has torn from the sole in as little as 2 weeks. I'm impressed by Yan's offerings, I just wish he'd fuckign restock
>>9206839
Aaaand reported.
>>9206873
I find slight heels on thicker soled shoes are the best (kinda like the amount of heel/sole most men's dress shoes seem to have) but actual heels kill me with bunion pain. My feet and ankles have always been really flexible so I still form a pretty decent arch on my tiptoes, and definitely don't have issues with my achilles.
>>9205446
Do you have any photos of the dress with a petticoat underneath?
>>9206749
WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING?
Someone called me fat I have a great figure that suites my hight yes I love it and so other people guys and girls give me compliments, the only people ive had contact with that are unnecessarily vile are lolitas because I guess people like you are insecure and feel the need to drag others down to your level of self hatred, feeling so self conscious you only talk about coords and waste time on floordinates while I rock my style with confidence day after day getting love from friends family and real people. I have noticed the cruelest most unnecessarily mean people are uusually observers of the fashion
Anon from the over 200 euro order within the sale from last tread. Next Thursday my packages will arrive. Post Office wanted to see my invoice cause they didn't believe mr. Yans prices, so I marked down the invoice and they didn't gave a fuck XD.

don't mind them, anon. they're just salty because they don't get dick, so they feel the need to bring down other people who can.
Should I be worried if I paid on Sep 2nd, it was shipped out with air on Sep 18th, updated to dispatch from Tokyo on the 24th and nothing since then? I live in the US, and it's my first time ordering from bodyline... all I wanted a new pair of shoes...
I did a group order with my comm a few weeks ago, the order was so big that it was split into six packages. Only one of them came in last Friday, I'm hoping that the rest come in today or early this week hahaha
All of them left Japan at the same time, I'm hoping that Canada Post is just being their usual shitty self, I just want my hot hot Mr. Yan pillow already
>>9206143
I don't get how having a 70 cm waist is fat. I have a 76 cm waist while my ribcage is showing.
>>9207975
Please don't respond to poor quality bait
>>9207975
True though. People on here are dumb af
Especially because even most brand measurement go like
Bust 80-90
Waist 70-90
The bait is people who say those measurements are considered fat.
What I think is weird is that people who consider 70cm waist as fat are hanging out in the bodyline thread, which is known to be full of REAL fattys with low selfesteem. I smell the jealousy all over
>>9207851
Son't worry its run of the mill Bodyline. I ordered something a couple of years ago and it took 2 months.
>>9207851
It says that things can take about 90days to arrive via airmail...so well don't worry
Has anyone bought a shoe lucky pack I cant find reviews
How good are the wrist cuffs from them. debating between the Peacockalorum from etsy or go through Bodyline?
>>9206591
Nice haul, hows the gym outfit?
>>9206434
Review on bunny maid outfit please!
>>9208994
The wrist cuffs are pretty huge firstly, because it's double layer of gathered lace. Secondly, depends on which pair you buy, but the strawberry ones are fairly comfortable while the lace on 1078 and 1040 are itchy.
>>9207975
No you don't.
UGH! Looks like every pair of shoes I was remotely interested in is sold out in my size unless it's a color I don't need....
Serious question though, is there a size chart or explanation anywhere on the site? I can't find it.
>>9209155
It's at the top of the fucking shoe page you newfag.
>>9209155
I should have mentioned I was looking for the clothing sizes since the shoe sizes are in plain sight.
Oops.
>>9208023
The anon who said 70 cm is fat is dumb, but so are you. 90 cm is definitely fat. Just because someone isn't obese doesn't mean they aren't fat.
I have an 88 cm waist & I'm nearly 20lbs overweight, even with a bigger than average ribcage. I don't fit into most brand dresses, and it's not because the dresses are super tiny. It's because I'm fat and I need to loose weight. Just like 99% of people with an 80+ cm waist. This "80-90cm isn't fat desu" crap normalizes being overweight and enables other fatty-chans to just keep bitching about how only flat chested ana-chans will ever be able to fit into burando instead of actually trying to better themselves.
>>9189278
Got these in in black. My feet are 24,5cm, I bought 250. They're true to size, but front is a bit tight. I could have gone with 24,5 length-wise, but front of the shoes would kill my feet if I would have done so.
>>9209187
Really depends on bodytype, but for most people yeah 80-90cm is to much. I'm 1,80m and even my waist is only 70cm. I'm curvy is no excuse here either. I have D cups and my hips/ass are 3 sizes bigger then the rest and I can fit brand. Even with my length I can find dresses that fit well, just gotta check the lengths very carefully. Weighting between 60-70KG, which is perfect weight for me due to my length and the fact I'm curvy.
>>9209164
Clothing sizes are below the description, but only if you haven't selected colour and size yet. It's in cm, and sizes are different for each dress. Never trust the names of the sizes. Just check the cm listed and compare to your body, and always keep 4cm left for moving.
>>9209360
Thank you anon! I noticed after some looking that they had the sizing listed on most things in the listing...
But thank you for the advice, really. This is my first time browsing BL with the actual intention of buying something.
It really is too bad about the shoes...
>>9208888
They have those?
Best bodyline blouses? Looking for some wardrobe filler
>>9208888
I wouldn't trust any lucky pack from bodyline; there was a review on one that said it's all mismatched and damaged.
>>9210718
This. They will sell scuffed and nicked shoes at full price, so a shoe has to be REALLY messed up to go in a lucky pack. Bodyline luckypacks are good for laughs, not for serious use.
>>9208023
>>9209187
It's not even subjectie - the WHO has guidelines that state that there is definitely an increased risk to your health (high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems) if your waist is over 80cm - where waist is the mid-point between the bottom of your ribs and the iliac crest, not just the 'smallest point between boobs and butt' which is what many people measure as their 'waist'. Which is basically saying you're too fat.
They also released a report that if you're Asian, you should probably have a smaller waist as Asians have a higher body fat level (and more of the 'bad' visceral fat around your internal organs) at the same waist circumference as Europeans. So yeah. 90cm waist IS definitely fat, even if you can find clothes to fit it.
>>9210760
I never said that 90cm isn't fat though? I only said that something around 70cm isn't fat for a person between 165 and 180cm but it's totally average (for a European being). I also consider measurements above that as fat though, I only stated that modern brand measurements can cater to those. It might have sounded line I wouldn't consider this fat, than I apologize, but I definitely didn't mean it.
I'm

At a height of around 170cm
I'm working on losing some weight though, a lot of it is sitting in my boobs, which makes it rather difficult to lose it.
>>9206434
please review the sailor uniform. I've been thinking of getting the exact same one for awhile but idk what the fit is like
>>9211641
Just checked the fit. I got size M, and the skirt is a little tight on me at 27" waist. The top is comfortable and fits really well, but it is more of a croptop. You will be flashing your midriff all day with it.
Is that $100 wig still there? My boyfriend came up with the best theory on why it's so expensive. He says that Mr. Yan comes and personally delivers it to you and then asks you to marry him.
Does anyone know if bodyline accepts returns? I feel like I read somewhere on their website that they don't, but I can't seem to find it now.
(I don't actually plan on returning anything, I just need the information as documentation for my credit card company).
>>9215149
Nope. Not like you could get through their engrish to do so anyways.
I have not ordered from Bodyline since they made the new website, can you still manage to pay in ¥ and knock the price down? I might try to get some things when Yandy Clause has his holiday sale...
>>9190741
I want these so bad. I need a 25/5 and they sell out instantly when they restock. I could get the antaina version but they literally cost $90 from there and are worse quality.
>>9215485
Nah yen trick doesn't really work anymore sadly they seem to have fixed their conversion rate
>>9216575
On top of raising prices? Oh Mr Yan, you are just too cruel.
>>9190741
These will probably never restock in my size, I am doom.
Why is it when I check the "new" section the dress I've been wanting shows up, but I go to it and it hasn't been restocked at all. Quit teasing me!!!!
>>9215485
>>9216575
the yen 'trick' doesn't really work because the yen is right about at 100 to $1 USD. it really only worked before because there were like 120Y to the dollar and Yan chan never bothered to fix his price discrepancies.
if the yen weakens against the dollar and mr yan is lazy, i can see paying in yen being worthwhile again in the future.
I went to the harajuku store in May
>no trying on
>no returns
>no exchanges
>no refunds
>had an area for trying on clothes but when I asked they said no
>out of my size (24.5 or 25.0) in 4 different pairs of shoes I asked about
>okay just what do you have in size 25.0
>brings out ugly ass pair of creepers
>nvm k thx
>actually nvm forever
>leave
I just assumed they were going out of business
>>9217138
It has always been like this.
They don't actually have sizes over 25cm in their local stores and even that is rare. Didn't care so much. You're not allowed to try on stuff, well that's maybe stupid of them but you basically pay 20€ for a dress there and if it doesn't fit you can still resell it to some ita for double the price.
The shop assistants there have always been super sweet and helpful though I think.
Do they still play the Eurobeat Disney songs?
>>9217180
I figured it was just me having gaijin feet! The eurobeat disney songs ruined my life.
>>9217138
Japan doesn't really have a return/exchange culture like the West so I'm not surprised.
>>9217183
Totally, even places like closet child/maxicimam/Metamorphose let me try on shoes/dresses though, it's hard to commit to buying lolita items if I can't make sure it fits first, especially if I have to pack that back with me and take it home.
>>9217181
The Eurobeat Disney songs were always the best and why I loved going there lol
Is that gothic chic in the shoe and cosplay room still there?
I am actually curious. More and more of their popular stuff is going out of stock, leaving only the ugly stuff or super unpopular sizes/colours behind. Also they didn't do shit regarding restocking or presenting replacement. Did Yankers give up? Are itas doomed to buy taobao now?
All the newer jsks from last year went to 1,060 yen for some reason last week, ordered a bunch. Moderately cute 1,000 yen dresses are hard to pass by
>>9217341
i wanted a bunch of the newer classic-y dresses, but they all seemed to be single sized with small busts (94cm here)
>>9217381
You know bodyline for sizing though, it's generally way off. Will measure mine when they arrive anon.
>>9217214
I just remember thinking I couldn't handle the music after 5 minutes lmao, how do the girls working here do it day after day. I like Disney and Eurobeat/Para Para too
>Emporer's new groove (???)
>When I Was A Young Warthog (why)
>KUMA NO POOH SAN (WHY)
>>9217341
these are still up for 1333 yen!!
Just made my first order in a long time. Does shipping still usually take holy-balls-long? Should I expect to see my package in a month? Two months?
I'm in the US
anyone own l511 and care to comment about it's quality and fit? pics would be a nice bonus
>>9218298
I put in an order in on September 3rd. The order was divided up into 3 packages. One has arrived, two are still in Japan for all I know. If you want to see your goods anytime soon, go with EMS if you can.
>>9218649
The quality of the fabric is great, but the sleeve lace is awful and waist is a bit large if you're not wearing it with the apron. Check bodylineneedsbetterpictures for photos
>>9217601
thanks anon....much appreciated!
So bodyline gave me 2 tracking numbers but put both items from my order in the same package? I got shoes and a jsk so I would have understood the shoes being in their own packaging but what now? Like there are 2 tracking numbers.
>>9217381
They're all short as fuck too
>>9219993
Mr yan sent himself in the mail, obviously
>>9205615
It's two weeks since you posted this and I'm still having this problem. Last update was September 26th from Tokyo.

I can't resist the Yan temptation
>>9221698
I want a review of this anon.
One of the girls in my comm didn't get a skirt in her order, is she totally boned?
>>9221763
Yes.
I want to order my Halloween costume from bodyline. If I order today with ems shipping, what are the chances it'll get here? (I live in Canada if that matters)
>>9223639
almost none
>>9223647
figured.
Why is it so hard to find any non slutty costumes nowadays?
Know any that might ship in time/has really small sizes?
>>9223639
Literally 0% unless God himself delivers your package.
>>9223651
Don't you have any outifts at home which you can pimp for halloween? Like a gothic coord to which you can add a witch hat or sth?
>>9223667
I wish. Unless I was a candy witch that wouldn't really work. The only dress I own that I'd be willing to wear to the party i'm going to is bodyline's l497
I would totally go for this for casual wear, but that sleeve length is confusing me.
And here I was thinking this would maybe get here before halloween...
>>9223737
ooooh i kinda like that. Is it new?
>>9223737
This is so cute, where on the site is it?
>>9223751
What the heck? Was it because you didn't pay for DHL? I ordered bodyline shoes last week and got them within 5 days (I'm in the Eastern US)
>>9223751
Same situation here. I just keep refreshing my tracking pages daily hoping that something will change, but it never does.
>when will my bodyline packages come home from the war
>>9223351
I thought so. Thankfully it was only a $5 skirt.
>>9223751
If it makes you feel any better, one of my three is still PRE shipment, and hasn't even made it to Japan customs.
>>9223651
If you're that small then go to the kids' section somewhere local or at least look at a website based in your own country for faster shipping. Kids and tween costumes tend to be less slutty because they need to be able to go trick or treating in them, plus they aren't yet part of the college house party crowd.
>>9223737
Omg I'm in love. I just saw this on their site. Someone please tell me it's not a cosplay. I want it in all colors for daily wear.
>>9225747
It's not a cosplay I don't think since it looks like their other release in the lolita section. It probably just got misplaced like everything else these days.
tempted to get a mr. yan pillow for my couch, does anyone know what the cover material is made of (cotton or is that shiny nylon-ish stuff?)?
>>9225747
I wouldn't worry so much; there are a few items from the cosplay section I've seen coorded so beautifully! Only thing is the fabric may be that heavy sweaty stuff like the seifuku I got :/
>>9223737
Just realized that this is a probably a knock off of IW's Braid Sailor blouse and matching skirt.
>happy bc I've wanted this set since it sold out
>shamelessly excited for future IW lookalikes
>>9225975
I got one and it's actually really nice and soft! I would describe it as almost a velvety texture. Good for many hours of Mr. Yan snuggletime.

>>9212363
Yeah but those sizes the problem is more proportions then being fat. I already have trouble fitting certain stuff with my D cups, so I always need to check the measurements double. Asians are naturally not very curvy (mostly) so the clothes don't really take big breast into accountant. It's the price we pay for being curvy and liking lolita.

Dispatch from outwards office of exchange means it left Japan. Your local post office is not forced to update the shipping, and in fact are allowed to ignore it. They don't get much money for these cheap packages so often they won't. It's most likely in customs or at your local post office. You could ask the post office that takes care for basic international shipments, they almost always have a code for internal shipment, so if you ask and give them your Japanese shipment you can often get a regular tracking code as if it's a normal domestic package.
Only count for air trough
>>9224967
>>9227718
Also on a side note. Japans AIR tracking is known to sometimes randomly stop working or never update at all. Your package may just as well have been send out already. Or not, you may not know until it arrives. However, trough the idea is nice, it happens often enough that tracking never works or doesn't update half way. Don't worry too much.
BUT if the tracking say it hasn't left Japan, you can ask Bodyline. They say on their website that the package is their responsibility until it leaves Japan. If there really is a problem they can check and possibly even resend or refund it. They legally have too. Wish I could still find that page on their site with the shopping guide. There is was standing, but they have no link on the side. It exist in the domain of the site and is part of it, but I think Mr. Yans doesn't want you to know his rules so he can easily fool you.
How often do they restock petticoats?
>>9227718
That's not the case always tho. My country treats them as registered letters, so they have to update the tracking and get a signature for them. However, they are not first priority but move as fast as normal letters. My country only updates tracking numbers starting and ending with two letters, so pretty much only ems and air mail.
>>9227743
Idk but their petticoats are really bad for lolita. Unless you need it for some halloween costume which barely needs poof don't buy them.
>>9227760
They do have to treat them as registered letters, they don't have to update the Japanese tracking (as it's not their company). They also don't need to send you the tracking number unless you ask (and often still some sort of proof is needed, like in my country you must be able to tell the international shipping, the adress it's send to and the name it's send to). However, in most places you do have insurance and you need a signature. They have to update the tracking in your country, but if they don't give you a domestic tracking number and don't update the Japanese one they don't do anything wrong, and you don't know anything until it arrives at your doorstep.
Anyone bought this yet? How was it?
>>9227796
I can't even find it on the site, where is it?
But does it have light in there? Wtf, how much more do you want to scream fetish then light in your underwear peaking out under your skirt? Reminds me to much of pic related.
>>9227764
Depends on the model though, there are some rather poofy ones out there. Also they're good for layering on top of a poofy petti to get some more poof out of it
>>9223737
Hold on, I thought the price was $43 a while ago. Now it's $46? Am I mistaken?
>>9227843
Yeah some are fine for layering, but even those poofy ones are bad. They'll deflate within no time. Unless you're going to wear lolita once in your life don't buy them as your main petti. get a Bunnyhouse or a MeLikesTea instead (since I heard Classical Puppets gone to shit lately).
And don't forget they are way to short. I bought one for my 9 year old sister and I may be happy is that thing covered my butt if I wear to put it on myself. Was fine for my 9 year old sister (who doesn't really wear lolita. Just needed a cheap petti for one skirt she rarely wears).
>>9227909
Yeah they deflate rather fast. After 4 years mine is in its last attempts of poof yet, I don't think they're that short? I own two different ones though. A 'normal' one which covers the length of 2/3 of my thighs and a black one which can also just be worn as a skirt which is indeed super short and barely covers my bum. (I'm about 170cm for reference)
Anyway, a little OT but you seem to know a little about pettis, I need one for a bodyline maiddress so it actually has to be short, but it should be super poofy. Do you have a good suggestion?
>>9227922
2/3 of you're thights seem pretti short for lolita, as the difference with your skirt should be around 5cm shorter and most skirts are knee length.
Don't know much about short ones but I've seen some cheaper rockabilly brands make short ones. I have no clue about the quality. The Hell Bunny one I had once (long version) couldn't handle the weight of a lolita dress. I don't know how heavy your maid dress is trough.
BunnyHouse also makes A line petties lately. They make everything custom size. You could ask them to make a shorter one. You surely would have a full long lasting petti then. I've seen someone ask for a less poofy one then their smalles size and they would do that and gave a discount because of the less fabric used. I suggest ask them trough mail (they said lately they don't check Facebook much so mail is better for asking questions).
>>9227823
I don't remember, I think it was under skirts? Sort by price and you'll find it-- the only reason I'm considering it is because it's like $6 right now with the sale.
I don't think it's meant to be worn as a petticoat.
>>9227922
Leg avenue ones are good, but too short for lolita. Should be alright for maido.
Does Bodyline typically have a Halloween sale?
>>9189806
Japanese LL is not 26.5... It's usually 25.5.
>>9229971
They had a sale recently, it's passed though. Idk if they'll have one, maybe just after Halloween? it would make sense if they have excess stock of costumes.
>>9206511
thank you for posting this anon, I kek'd
Since Bunny House was mentioned here, does anyone know if their blouses and boleros are any good?
>tfw bought my birthday sale stuff september 1
>was stuck with the last update at sept. 23
>yesterday it finally made it to my state
>this morning it updated with "not deliverable, being returned to seller"
Im going to fucking murder someone. It doesnt even tell me what post office it was at!
>>9230882
Oh yeah and I cant do much of anything considering its fucking sunday
>>9230870
I've bought two of their boleros and they're shit: they're badly constructed, the design is off and the fabrics were simply misused (BH used stiff, jacket-like fabric for a bolero that was supposed to be flowy and soft...)
Their petticoats are decent though. Or at least used to be.
>>9230892
Their pettis are pretty alright. Using one myself.
Finally got my birthday sale order (amerifat here)
I was beginning to think it would never come
>>9230892
Do you know of any other stores that have custom size boleros and blouses that are better quality?
Also, should I get a petticoat from Bunny House, Classical Puppets, or are they both shit now?
>>9231036
Lady Sloth is allright, though I wouldn't comission her for sweet garments, if that's what you're after. She's doing mostly classic/gothic cuts.
Don't buy CP. Their quality went down rapidly.
Closetshild has some nice cupcake-shaped pettis, they're a bit scratchy, but keep the poof well.
>>9231198
I am looking for sweet. Do you know any sweet ones?
Hey, newfag. I have 2 questions, sorry if they are stupid:
1)What's the average shipping cost to europe?
2)How come some of the stuff they sell is really cheap? Like, 2$ for a hoodie or 1.60$ for a bag?
>>9232203
1. They have a shipping calculator when you go to purchase.
2. They've been on the website for years and haven't sold out so the price has dropped to get rid of them.
>>9232203
There's no such thing as average shipping cost at bodyline. One person of the same country with the same order might pay a totally different price than the other one kek
Has anyone ever bought p359, pic related? I'm tempted since it's so cheap, but I haven't bought from Bodyline in Forever, so I'm not sure. I also kind of want the blue Moitie look, but I can't tell if the coloring is a proper royal blue, since BL tends to give things shit colors. Opinions?
>>9233006
Looks cheap and fugly, don't do it anon
>>9233063
I think I'm one my way toward one of those "but it's so cheap" regretful shopping experiences, ya feel. There's also a pair of breeches that are questionable quality, and yet I'm like "these are $3 i should clearly buy these."
>>9233074
You're essentially paying $3 to be posted to the ita thread.
>>9234295
Bless y'all from saving me from myself
My shoe lucky pack came and im pleasantly surprised. a little pinchy at the toe and a couple of small purple stains is all thats wrong
>>9234653
This looks like purple dye irl and black mould on camera
>>9234653
I think I may need a pair of these in the future. Glad it worked out for you!
>>9234653
Just bought 6 of the shoe lucky packs because shipping was super cheap for some reason ($13.80 for EMS and $8.65 for airmail lol) and apparently I have no self control. Wish me luck!
Has anyone who ordered via airmail gotten any of their shit yet? I ordered a skirt on 9/3 and it's still not here, I regret not getting EMS. I guess that's what I get though!
>>9236573
I also ordered airmail around the same time and still haven't gotten anything.
>>9236166
Damn that's a good deal.

>$6.66
Satan compels me, especially since they have 24.0. Just wish they had 24.5 size to be safe but hey, it's cheap.
Was there something I missed or has Yanners lost his mind? I'm finding dresses for $3.33 on the website.
>>9236166
Made a cart with two lucky packs and two dresses and my shipping was awful. I don't know how you managed to get such a good rate.
>>9236673
Well I found the issue. I added that lolita lucky pack and it shot my shipping up by $20.
>>9236573
>>9236575
I placed an order on 9/1 and it was separated into three packages. One made it here on 10/8, the other two still say they're in "pre-shipment". I have made two other orders since then, including one on 10/1. All the packages for those orders have been updated and I think they're all in the US at this point. Wtf Mr. Yan.
