Possible idea: instead of trying to make the entire inside actually glow, you could use very reflective materials like foils (even some iridescent ones, so the actual color of the reflection will vary based on angle) and then just have a pair of bright (blue?) LEDs hidden in the back (basically hidden on your shoulders, pointed down) to provide light and ensure that you always have some something to trigger the reflective quality regardless of ambient light conditions.

If you wanted to do the extra mile, use UV reactive paint and replace the LEDs with small UV lights.

I'll be honest, I have no idea if this would actually work or accomplish the effect you want. But if I wanted to make that sort of otherworldly costume, thats how I would try it.

There's a Japanese dude named zakiograph who has done what I think to be the best Killer Queen (Although he isn't exactly as lean as KQ is, but I can overlook that considering the overall quality), and it seems like mostly formed foam. Not myself (I'm a dude), but ever since that weird "Me!Me!Me!" video came out a while back, I've wanted to see someone pull off this girl's outfit (or lack thereof, rather). In part because it would be incredibly hot, and in part just because I think the character design is really cool and would love to see how someone would go about replicating it. I've seen a few in her sundress costume, but never the nude/bodysuit one.

I can see why no one has, though. You'd have to be pierced, in either full bodypaint or an amazingly-tailored translucent bodysuit, and you wouldn't even be able to wear it to any cons. All for an obscure character from an equally obscure music video that was made on LSD.

Make one of foam, buy plywood and craft a box, invest in a shit ton of some sort of lightweight plastic/resin to mold a ton of them.
The trick is to prop up a thick piece of plywood in the same general shape in the middle of the gap you use. It would be super easy to use the top center as a holding point too, because it looks like some plates go over that anyways. That way the molds turn out hollow on the inside and thus super lightweight.
Then you can drill a hole through the sides to thread some sort of piping type thing. I recommend thin pvc if you can find it, because it can be bent but wont buckle under the weight. Otherwise find something else suitable.
Since you've clearly already given up on sitting down in this costume, I suggest using one of those weight lifting belts, forge yourself some small metal wingdings that you can bolt to the belt that have a large bottom lip to hold something. Then use some clear, thick piping to actually hold up the back end of the coffins away from your body. It would be super obvious to anyone looking close enough, but very easy to hide that with angles when you do a photoshoot.

The body type is the least of my worries, mainly because Im fairly close to it and would only need half a year of training.

The part I have no clue on is the leather, specifically the jacket. Leather isn't really something you can mold or shape or design as easily as foam or cloth so I would end up buying almost every piece.

Flames are a little tricky as well. Depending on how you go about it, it can look decent or shit.
Haven't seen many cosplayers with flames on their cosplay either.

Jumping in blindly to say that rather than a transparency gradient, I'd interpret the skirt as more like a sheer overlay on top some white fluffy tulle instead. Seems easier to make, pretty close to the ref, and you're going to need a petti to hold up the skirt anyway.

But based on the image you posted I'm not a fan of how it looks. The blend in the image makes me think there might be a few layers of transparency, so maybe a few layers of overlay might work... Thanks for the option~

I'd be hoping to avoid a petti on the lower parts by using the lights in the skirt to create the cage that the transparent gradient fabric would be draped over. I imagine the fabric would be quite light so the rigid construction of the lighting setup would hold it up.

But this is a far off dream -v-; next year some time;;
