Oh no, totally obvious. Same problem with the last thread, that she started with her "so great so awesome first group with everyone give me attention" photos. I just don't have the energy to call all of it out. It just rubs me the wrong way when someone is blatantly asking for asspats for an average to subpar group.

Anyway, I'll try to dump some photos tomorrow. In the mean time, anyone want to share thoughts on ZTD? Or at least what they thing of the character designs, coming from a new designer and all?

I found them a bit jarring before I played but once I was in game they worked great. I almost feel like it reflects the tonal shift from the first game being set in Japan, to this one being set in the states.

I agree with both of you! I really liked reading the details from the artbook, like what Uchikoshi and Tomono had in mind for the inspiration, symbology, and materials. I think it really comes across in the designs, but subtly so.

Got some photoshoot pictures back, all are pretty unflattering (some where I look like an old man), but it's the first non-selfie I have.

It's far from perfect and I think I'm going to brush out the curls to do her more accurate waves because flyaways everywhere, but I do love the volume I have.

Yeah, I did notice I had parted the bangs incorrectly. They're better in the selfies and usually in the beginning of the day.

At the time that was the only fur around that I could find. I'll look around for more, though! It was a while ago, so hopefully they'll have some more, especially considering it's near Halloween. The puffy balls were also falling apart, so I know I've got to at least fix those.

My first time doing it I had the gems and falsies, but decided against it for some reason this year. I'll keep in mind not to skip them! It definitely adds an overall "cuter" look. The pleats in my skirt are a bitch and won't stay. I rarely use starch, but I'll try that out next since the pleats anger me. If that doesn't work, I'll probably just redo the skirt completely.

I think I'll be going to SakuraCon! I was hoping to get Q done for that, so I don't know if I'll bring Clover or not.

I just finished all the sewing parts of my Clover cosplay! I'm doing her 999 cosplay because I'm chubby and it hides everything well. I'm really happy that this thread exists because I'm about to tackle the wig and there's some good inspiration in here. I'm thinking of buying Arda's Katinka in Maroon and combining a bunch of curly clips together to make massive ponytails but my hands already hurt thinking about it.
