>Corsets 101
>"Do lewd things happen at Abunai?"
>25 year olds having their ID checked
>Tomo+Anime.Amsterdam is a thing?!
>The famous McDonalds in Almelo has closed!
>The Imagicon judges have been announced
>OC cosplay opinions
>Define "cosplay"
>Can I bring/do X at Abunai?
>Slooty cosplays and nipple slips

Convention news:
>"SPONSERED": TomoParty is this weekend.
>Abunai is near and the Saturday tickets have sold out. Also, the schedule has been released!
>ACC is also near. Keep in mind autograph/photo sessions and certain panels cost money to attend.

Next five /cgl/ related events:
>TomoParty (August 20th, Ewijk GLD) is a cosplay themes pool/beach party. Keep in mind you are not allowed to bring any alcohol but it will be served there.
>Abunai! (August 26th - 28th, Veldhoven NB) is the other big anime convention. Hotel rooms are all long gone and there's still no schedule available.
>Amsterdam Comic Con (August 27th & 28th, Amsterdam NH) is a comic fair very similar to DCC, except this one is hosted by Showmasters. Tickets start at €15 a day.
>Elfia (September 24rd & 25th, Arcen LB) is an outdoor medieval/fantasy convention. The programming is still in the making so there's not a lot I can really say about it yet.
>Tomofair (October 1st & 2nd, Nijmegen GLD) is a cheap small fair with anime, manga and other J-culture relevant items. Just keep your expectations low and you might find yourself having a fun day.
Full Dutch convention agenda: http://pastebin.com/QaZ23aUA If there are any cons missing form the list, make sure to post it in the thread so I can add them.

Feel free to discus possible times, locations and such in the thread. Keep in mind I won't be there myself to wave my ridiculously tiny Tully flag, so someone else will have to be "that bloke awkwardly looking around for a bunch of seagulls".
>>
Hey, guy who wanted to sell his ticket on Marktplaats. Thanks for causing Abunai to get FUCKING ALL OF THEIR PANTIES IN A BUNCH and start a ID check at the enrty. Really good job.
>>
>>9150130
well shit... and it's not like lines were all that fast before
>>
I doucht the ID check will work, since the people checking the tickets at the door were stupid enough to not even know their own staff last year
>>
if they do though, all these people commenting about never using their first name etc etc, will clog the line. Abunai commented on 1 reply with that they might open the doors a little earlier, I hope they will, because damn it will take long to get inside this way

>>
>"SPONSERED": TomoParty is this weekend.

Ahahaha, I like this joke!
>>
>>9150130
What happened? I know about the ID check, but not that this was the cause.
>>
>>9150162
I was once a dealer at an anime convention, but I thought it was horrible to be honest. I'd much rather stand in line for an hour, than behind a counter for at least 4 hours.
>>
>>9149720
>Abunai schedule guy gave us some insights in his work
It doesn't really matter but I'm actually a girl.

>>9150220
People where discussing selling tickets for up-prices via Marktplaats, though I personally doubt it'll have been because of 4Chan comments. The staff members that have to check up on this stuff likely just saw the mess being sold on MP.
>>
>>9150222
4 hours hahahahahahaha
Abunai has 18 hours that the dealer room is open. Guess how many ill be standing in the dealerroom. I'll give you a hint it start with a 1 and ends with an 8. Oh we also have to build up and breakdown our stand and get all that shit to veldhoven.

Somethimes i see them naggy little shits complaining that the dealerroom is not open more hours or (save me god) the whole time.
I mean do you guys actually think we make enough money at cons to pay our bills and shit?
I cant tell you most dealers especially the small ones sells stuff to be able to afford their own hobby.
And dont get me started on the people bitching about how they get it cheap on Aliexpress.....
>>
Gettin my panties in a twist because too many yaoi fangirls suddenly want to start testosterone to become real boys.
>>
>>9150130
So they changed their mind from "we allow reselling tickets" to "no reselling allowed" or are they picking out tickets sold at above retail price? Because the first is a bit of a dick move to pull one week before the con...

>>9150150
They also are stupid enough to let people with older wristbands through. As long as the colour matches you're in, especially if you walk in with a(nother) group.

>>9150253
>I'm actually a girl
Well, I had a 50/50 chance of getting it right.

>>9150256
>Do you guys think we make enough money at cons to pay our bill and shit?
Moving a selection of stock you feel will sell at a con, hiring a table, manning it all day while your physical store is (presumably) closed, optionally getting a hotel room... If anything I believe some dealers will be glad if they break even at the con and see nee people visit their stores afterwards m
>>
>>9150291
No, they still allow reselling, but not at elevated prices. Furthermore, they want to pull a Kraftwerk and want to make it mandatory to put the correct name on the badge.
>>
>>9150295
what badge? you get a wristband
>>
>>9150295
To clarify, only people with badges have a name displayed on the convention, so dealers, staff, gophers, guests and the likes. For normal guests the name is only on the piece of paper and will only be seen by the person registering your ticket, after it's just a bracelet like all previous years. Name swapped registration(when you bought it off of someone else and they set it to your name) will not receive a new email to my knowledge, but the barcode will scan the correct name.
>>
>>9150130

Showing your id has been 'mandatory' for every year, however, they never once asked mine and I've been going to Abunai for 10 years straight (this year would be the 11th year)
>>
>>9150256
I like having a stand in the dealer room. It gives me a place to sell my work, but also to have an easy place to chat with friends. Otherwise I'm bored as hell at Abunai.
>>
>>9150524
That one time I actually enjoyed Tsunacon cus I was stuck in the dealerroom all day. Some conventions fuck up too much or are just not fun if you dont have mandatory events/work to spend some time at. Even Animecon can get a bit boring sometimes. Maybe I should be partying at Deshima more so I wake up late and hungover at sunday.
>>
all the stuff I like start on sunday mornings
>>
>>9150130
Bullshit, it is not because of this, it is because at least a part of the Abunai staff are just dickheads with no clue about running a decent convention. It is also about the hotelmanagement still being dicks about a lot of things (one of the reasons why Animecon left Veldhoven in 2002), the 18- bracelets is a handy reminder for hotelpersonel to who they can sell alcohol and not. If they get caught selling alcohol to minors they can simply blame Abunai and their failing registration system.

What a difference with Animecon where you can use a nickname of false name during registration and you only need your ID when you lost your badge and want a new one or when you want to attend a 18+ event.
>>
>>9150311
>>9150303
Ah, that's true. Didn't realise that, since just about any large, significant convention I've visited had some kind of a badge
>>

Nothing interesting really. Just a girl who apparently can't get her brain wrapped around some facts. Without putting in work, you won't be rewarded with a prize for hard working.
>>
>>9152193
Oh I see I am missing some posts here and there, all in all, it came down to the same thing.
For a lot of competitions, your own craftwork is important, that made delusional girl go QQ and say it is super unfair.
>>
>>9152206
you also seem to have missed a name in the last comment. on the other hand, i am NOT surprised it's bregje.
>>
>>9152193
>I'm too lazy to learn how to make costumes and thus it's unfair that I won't have a chance to win a contest that focuses around making costumes.
For Christ sake, if you look closely you can actually see the light bend around her, that's how fucking dense this lass is. If anything she is the one being disrespectful for calling it "unfair" how the people, who have spend a tremendous amount of time and effort to get even remotely good at making costumes, have such a great advantage in a bloody cosplay contest. What's next, complaining about not getting a promotion at work because some of your co-workers are more qualified for the job?
>>
>>9152243
But anon.. she wants all the attention from winning a contest without having to work for it like everyone else! Is that too much to ask???
>>
>>9152250
If she's that desperate for attention she could always do cosplay porn. That way she'll get to wear shitty store bought costumes and have the full attention of lots of lads during their wanking sessions. Who knows, she might even win an AVN Award for starring in "Tied up, Drugged and Ready to Go: Special Animecon Neckbeards Edition". I know at least two Anons from a previous thread who would be more than happy to make that movie happen.
>>
With a bag over her head and maybe a cock to choke on so I can't hear her complain she might not even be half bad of a lay.

Besides all that, who went to gamescom? How did it go? What did you experience besides a shitload of German neckbeards?
>>
>>9152193
>>9152243
B-but anon, unlike all the other cosplayers this poor girl was not born with the skills to make costumes herself! So expecting her to learn or whatever is like super unfair!
>>
>>9152577
Gamescom was great! Did miss the better displayed stalls but overall it looked amazing and I even got to play a few games. Do think the cosplay village was put away in a corner which was a shame, cus they had such nice things stalled out.
>>
I remember an event, I am not sure if it was a convention, where there was a cosplay competition with bought cosplay next to the handmade cosplay competition.
>>
>>9152654
Initially Dutch Comic Con intended to do so. In the end it didn't happen.
>>
>>9152654
Imagicon had a cosplay masquerade after the competition where you could go on stage without signing up.
>>
>>9152678
no DCC had seperate prices for act and outfit and also some honorable mentions, so you could join without self made cosplay and still win the other prices
>>
>>9152684
No, DCC planned on having a separate compo particularly for people who bought or were very newbish at crafting. At least that is how they packaged it.
>>
Did anyone go to tomoparty and if so how was it
>>

Agreed, I can't help but find her post to be bitter. Now if only she knew how to use Google or searched YouTube for tutorials she might actually get somewhere.

She seems like the laziest person ever. No one was good when they started. Just try small things first....
>>
>>9152844
I'm actually pleasantly surprised she's at least willing to learn rather than sulking and telling everyone with more experience to #checkyourcraftingprivilege.
Better than my friend who says that because he worked at his job to earn money to buy his costume, he should get just as much recognition as the people who "only" bought tools and materials and made the entire costume themselves.

>>9152844
Now imagine the cringe when she made her first costume and thinks it's top-tier competition level, and she gets salty when losing
>>
>>9152892
Your friend is funny, because by his own logic cosplayer who made their own costumes deserve more recognition as they not only worked to pay for it, but also worked on making it themselves. But of course he would claim that's different for some reason...
>>
>>9152907
By his logic he pays more for a finished costume than others pay for only the materials and the extra work he does to earn that money equals out the crafting portion of making the costume yourself, or something. Funny because he still gets an allowance from his parents and spends much of his workday sharing ebin maymays on Facebook.
Maybe "friend" was the wrong word. He's more like a friendly con aquaintance whose friend request I probably shouldn't have accepted.
>>
>>9152748
It was fun.. bikini cosplays, and a fairly decent Deshima Sounds..
Too bad they ran out of Asahi at 4 in the afternoon, they also ran out of hamburgers, frikandels and french fries at 5 (you know, just before dinnertime).
>>
>>9152939

>>
>>9152927

Welp, Abunai just posted their trailer for the opening movie. I guess some things never change...
>>
5 days till the con and Abunai still hasn't told me when or if there is a prejudging for the masquerade. I've mailed them twice about this..
>>
>>9153154
Since it is craftmanship based, yes there will be a prejudge, this will probaby happen during the walkthrough, why else would we all have to be there at 6:30 when it is supposed to start at 8 aka 9 pm
>>
>>9153164
Last year prejudgings were planned around 4 pm so that's why I was wondering
>>
>>9153153
Hah that's the chairman of abunai doing the narration. Personally don't mind it, there's definitely worse. I'll see it on the con if I remember to, otherwise they upload it to YT i guess.

I wonder if they will stick large amounts of paper to the walls and ceilings again. So very nice.
>>
>>9153544
All the kiddies and retard do have to feel like they are at a 6 year olds birthday party.

I mean fuck dutch laws and fire safety.
>>
So at abunai they will check if you stay in the room with more people. They will just open doors in the daytime to see if there are matrasses or knock on the doors in the middle of the night, which is fun being a light sleeper and all. This oughtta be fun..
>>
>>9153597
You got any sauce on that?
>>
>>9153597
Likely fucking story. Koningshof are the ones responsible for the rooms and their occupants, not Abunai. I doubt that they have the available manpower to perform such actions during any part of the day.
>>
So I just got a response from Abunai, there will be no prejudging, which seems stupid to me. I like it when I get a chance to show the judges how I made my stuff.
>>
>>9153603
people who will gopher told us. I'm not 100% sure if it's true, but keeping my guard up. At tomocon one of my roommates was kicked out along with other cosplayers in other rooms, so won't be that surprised if they would. Ofcourse tomocon is a lot smaller and the hotel was small as well, who knows. Another friend of mine heard it as well from someone else and read it somewhere, so we're looking for that message. Will keep you guys posted.
>>
>>9153639
what.... so what were those process and reference pictures for we all HAD to sent?
>>
>>9153642
They'll use it for judging.
I'm salty now because I've just finished my costume yesterday so they only got pictures of half my costume.
My prop also got a lot of construction going on so I would have loved to show them how it works but Abunai says fuck it.
>>
>>9153597
Seeing as my husband and i already have a hookup for friday i do hope they walk in while we are busy :)

To any Abunai staffer here, i hope you're into furry sex mofo..
>>
>>9153597
Is that legal? What if someone is getting changed and is half naked when they open the door? Since you know if you're rooming by yourself or with only your SO like they're trying to enforce there's no reason to hide away in the bathroom when you're getting changed.
>>
>>9153643
damn, happy i finished my costume in july. But it still sucks... a brief explaination about the costume can't ever hurt
>>
>>9153644
Nice. Don't forget to tape it with clearly visible Abunai wristbands and put it online, so Abunai staff have something new to try and pull a Streisand on.

Have fun!
>>
>>9153597
I find this extremely hard to believe anon. Odds are room service will simply forward it if they see inflatable beds when dropping off new towels, in which case they are damned right for doing so. And come on, do you really think they're going to do nightly inspections? It's a hotel, not a fucking high school camp. As long as they don't get any (noise) complaints there is no way they'll even bother showing up at any door in the middle of the night. You know what a hotel that bothers their guests at 3am is? Bankrupt.
>>
>>9153641
Please, just stop talking out of your ass. Tomocon was held in Berghem. Fucking piece of shit place in the middle of fucking nowhere. Any hotels in the area (if there were any at all) would have had absolutely nothing to do with Tomocon.
Besides that, Tomocon itself is a shitstain in your dad's drawers compared to Abunai.

Even if it were true that this check was going to happen, which it isn't, the steward team would have to take care of this. As luck would fucking have it, I've got a lot of friends in that team and it's confirmed that your shitty, made up story is complete and utter bullshit.

If you're going to try and take the piss with Abunai, at least put some effort in making up something believable, yeah?
>>
>>9153659
geez, get that sand out of your vagina. Yes the hotel Tomocon provided indeed called our room 2 times to ask if the third person would please leave the hotel room and my friend had to actually pay for another room and she wasn't the only one. I'm just telling you guys what some gophers told us and what another friend of mine also heard, no need to be an asshole to someone that gives a headsup, don't start pms-ing on me, dickhead
>>
>>9153683
Umad bro? Umad? Yeah, umad!
No but seriously, use some common sense. The NH Koningshof isn't some tiny hotel in Berghem/Oss where it's pretty noticeable when you suddenly have more people walking in than you have on the list. House keeping will definitely forward it when they spot additional beds or sleeping bags but that's about it.
>>
....you can't just enter an hotelroom without a key. The roomservice scenario is much more likely.
>>
A video from Tomoparty

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v8bvx39HCg
>>
>>9153699
Hotels do have master key's, and security has acces to all the room's.
If a security guard has a reason to check a room he is allowed to. Ofcourse they have to knock first and ask permission to go in. Should they have reasonable douth they are allowed to open the door even if you say no.
This ofcourse they need to have resonable doubts, like a noise complaint or a complaint form housekeeping.

3 ways to bunk together without getting in to trouble:
1. just walk up to the front desk and tell them your friend has no place to say and she/he will be bunking in the room. You pay a small fee for towels and breakfast. For the hotel its more important to know how many people are in the building in case of fire. (have done this many times never had an issue)

2. As soon as you see housekeeping tell them you will be making a huge mess because of cosplaying and that they not need to clean your room, keep the "do not disturb" card on the door. Give the housekeeper a tip. Put dirty towls on the hallway so you can get fresh ones.

3. Keep the room tidy. Roll op air matreses every morning. Never go to the room in more than couples. Make sure the extra people you are bunking with are not present at check in.

GIVE HOUSEKEEPING A TIP..
srly just 5 bucks will make their day and make them so much nicer all in all.

>>
>>9153646
No it is not, only Hotelstaff and their security have that right, and only if there is beyond reasonable doubt that a crime is about to happen. Bunking with more people than allowed is on itself not a crime and "do not disturb" sign is enough to stop housekeeping, at least for 1 or 2 days.

Abunai has no rights to peek into your room, it is trespassing if they did so.
>>
So far I can remember the security of the hotel will knock on your door to look if everything is fine. You will open the door. That is it.

I'm glad I did go. The video ain't great, especially not if indeed the SAME cosplayers keeps popping up and there is almost no impression material, but it was really fun at the party itself, you know, where he almost didn't film except for the macarena....
>>
>>9153935
I guess it is more like a vlog than impression video. But I guess it is not that easy to do.
>>
>>9153939
>Record footage of people having fun without them noticing
>Do this a lot during the day
>Have some 5 second moments in there with good cosplayers striking a pose
The hardest part is getting permission to do the first, but after that there is nothing from stopping you.

I went to Tomoparty and I had a lot of fun. There were a lot more, better cosplays than in that vid. I bet the guy who made it was too shy to ask other people or smth.

Lol this video, made my day!

1. The last few seconds of the video, between "D.va" en "Katarina".
D.va has the better body, but really should work on her butt, because it looks like a badly kneaded flat dough.
Katarina in the slowmotion ass walking away shot; could they not have told her her tag is hanging out....? She has a better butt in comparison though.

2. That tard in the wedding dress!!!!!!!!!!!! As if she stepped out a 70's romantic/drama movie. A bit out of place.... but ok, if it makes her happy....

3. Lastly I love the convulsing jiggle/aftershock in Katarina's slow motion walking out of the water. Syndra on the other hand, looks better, but still looks uncomfortable as fuck.
>>
Oh god I think I might know that Syndra.
I only know nadia by the rumours spread around her but the tomo movie makes me cringe, trying too hard.
>>
>>9154145
Rumors?

Do tell :>
>>
>>9152844
Oh no, that's a full name exposed here! Wasn't that 'against the rules' according to some people in the last thread? Or do we not care now, since it's cosplay related instead of lolita?
>>
>>9154180

It's still a reason to ban (mostly for 1 week). But then again if a mod does not catch it it's all good.

The fact that nobody will remember what this was all about proves its point.

It's clear ACC wont have a meet going on with a stunning 1 person interested in meeting up. Abunai on the other hand has similar responses to what we had at Animecon, so that could totally happen. Anyone got any ideas on the when and where?

Well it wouldn't be the first time she and/or her ladyfriend (lover?) have beef with CosplayNL. I recal seeing posts from both of them about all the stupid questions being asked, "safe space" attitude, post with content being removed for posting twice a month and other CosplayNL annoyances in the past. The rooms at Abunai are small AF. That space combined would probably be around the same size as the Animecon game room.

I strongly doubt that, the Animecon gameroom is located in the Pacific room, World Forum says that it is a 1400 square meter room.

Guessing from the average size of those corridor rooms I would say that Abunai has half of that, at the most.

It also means, more gophers needed to stand as guard at the entrance, your chances of running in to a obnoxious and rude gopher/steward has jumped through the roof.

>>
>>9156979

>>
>>9156970
The odds of Abunai doing random room checks are the same as me winning the cosplay competition in a casual Katara outfit. Just keep any (inflatable) beds out of sight in case house keeping pops in, and if you were loud enough to get the hotel to knock during the night just claim you are having a threesome.

>>9156979
Initials TT, or just look for the one with the same profile picture as >>9154866. I mean seriously Anon, what kind of stalker are you if you can't find someone when you already have their name and picture?

>>
>>9157031
>I am not that invested in stalking random drama
Neither am I, unless it's delicious drama which this absolutely isn't. I mean you can't even call it drama when all that happened was us agreeing to her CosplayNL post, her posting she got mentioned on 4chan and people assuming we were being mean again. Oh wait, there was one Anon making a burn after that butt that's about it. At least it gave us some fun today...
>>
>>9157056
why don't you repent of harming anybody altogether?
>>
>>9157056
Don't speak for all of us. I never agreed, nor disagreed, to her CosplayNL post. I just wondered why she posted it, since I can't find any previous post that seems related to her rant. And without that context I also can't judge if her rant was justified or not.
>>
>>9149728
In other news, I still love all the Tully edits that OP makes. (The last thread also had a brilliant edit.)
>>
>>9157060
Because I'm an asshole who enjoys seeing someone fuck up and having to face the consequences, preferably as they are trying to cover things up with blatant lies. In this case however this isn't what's happening, and instead I find myself respecting both TT and her friend SS more as they have continuously shown not to be afraid to say things as they are. It's a mindset that I can appreciate, especially with the Dutch "safe space" cosplay community.
>>
>>9157087
I can't see myself respecting people without good reasoning for their actions.
>>
>>9157087
Like seriously, what do you guys see as "safe space"? Which actions/posts made you come to this conclusion? I don't see it, and I regularly lurk in that group.
>>
>>9157078
Thanks Anon. I have to admit I mostly do those whenever I have some time to kill, and because it's harder to find new pics for the OP after 14 threads. I can't wait for some impression pictures from Abunai or ACC for the mandatory "post-con fast threads" filled with people who came here from Facebook.
>>
>>9157087
But when others do it they get ton of hate here, found that odd.
>>
>>9157161
It might just be that most of these "others" already have a bad reputation, have been involved with drama before, or that some of our regulars may just be friends with her.

Probably, since some people here seem to actually know these girls/the issue they are talking about.

To those of you looking for an easy way to cool down this weekend while wearing your costumes, this image shows the spots where your arteries run close to your skin. Applying anything cold to these places (ie a cold water bottle, wet washcloth, running faucet water etc) will help cool you down significantly, making hot event rooms and backstage areas way more comfortable to deal with.
Also if you feel yourself getting hotter but are no longer sweating, this means you are dehydrated and/or overheated to the point where you are risking fainting. Sit down in the shade, use the mentioned cool down technique, and slowly drink some (luke warm) water until you feel better. It also never hurts to visit the EHBO post if this happens as they (hopefully) had proper training and can help you. After all, it's what they are there for.

Not sure if anyone was interested in this by the way, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to post this as it will be 32°C tomorrow and Saturday.

It would be funny if you were one of the Snip brothers... But probably you aren't, since the chance is higher that you are the one that asked me if I meant the Snip brothers earlier with the whole twin talk.
>>

damn, shit hit the fan real hard
>>
>>9158285
Disney here. Will carry a little basket

>>

azn pride
>>
>>9158383
I don't know GamePit nor these people. Reading this just confuses me.
>>
>>9158383
>Be bookkeeper, don't do any bookkeeping
>Verbally abuse volunteers in public like you're Malcolm fucking Tucker, only minus the witty remarks.
>Actually screaming "Boeit me niet!" the moment you're confronted by someone about your behaviour.
>Making all kinds of decisions in the name of GamePit without discussing them.
>Skipping shifts because I am le tired...
>Get thrown off the job, have dad finish the phonecall for you like some pathetic little manchild
>Threaten to delete the books showing you definitely can't handle any responsibilities.
>Buy beamer for private use with GamePit money, don't pay them back.
How pathetic.
>>
>>9158383
>>9158428
And just to add to this, why the flying fuck do these guys have all their financial books stored on Google Drive? Important documents like those deserve local (physical) backups, and even then I'd rather keep them in a cloud solution hosted by myself rather than Google Drive.
>>
>>9158383
>blablabla

I know the people behind Gamepit and I don't really understand the document, but this is really golden.

Brian is something like the best friend of TomoMark and Brian is so far I know also behind Anime.Amsterdam.
>>
>>9158445
I heard last year that Tomo wanted to take over Gamepit.
>>
>>9158445
>>9158452
>TomoMark and Brian are BFF's
>Tomo wants to take over GamePit
>Now a coup has taken place within GamePit
TomoConspiracy confirmed!

I was lurking at /int/, and found this gem. Now I really wonder if I can find this level of weeb at Abunai.
>>
>>9158457
Aka more reason for us to think Tomo is shitty.
>>
>>9158383
Wow, guy did similar things as the last head from Gamepit.
I see a down fall for them if this goes on. Or worse, getting taken over by Tomo.
>>
>>9158463
That reminded me of Davido-kun https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=d2FGgYp6mdk
But yes, you can definitely find that level of weeb at Abunai.
>>
>>9158469
The fact that they can't even guarantee tickets when you pay for them is very questionable. There was this discussion going on at fb months ago and several people were throwing so much salt at Mark. Pity I didn't cap, but the TL;DR of Mark's reaction was basically "Lol read our terms that completely cover our asses and realise I'm not the one to blame nor solve your problem (but thanks for the money)."
>>
Today's the day niggas.
Am I welcome at the meet if I don't even cosplay?
>>
>>9159084
Yes.
>>
>>9158541
Ah, Davido-kun is a classic indeed. He is an even more extreme version if you ask me.
>>
Wow, the Friday is boring. Seems like there's not a lot of people at all.
>>
>>9159268
That is kind of normal for a Friday, I think?
>>
>>9159268
As in less than usual or just the typical slow start where more people start to arrive after work? I have to say it surprised me to see hardly any pictures of the entry line on social media.
>>
It doesn't feel like there are less people than last year, there was a big line
>>
I saw a post of Brian (Gamepit) on FB about something with food and TomoMark and I was curious about what comments were posted on the Gamepit FB page, but I can't find it anymore. Deleted?

The website is still online.
>>
>>9159543
Yep, seems like the entire GamePit page has been deleted. Unfortunately for us the latest changed version is from August 16th...
>>
Are you fags at the bar yet? There's surprisingly many people there
>>
>>9159662
Have you tried putting your shoe on your head?
>>
Its 10 its meet time but where in the abdijbar do we meet its busy
>>
>>9159673
I have no intention of doing so
>>
So where exactly are you guys?, inside? outside? Too many people there
>>
Inside at the left sideof the bar, first loose table, ive got a prop layin on the table
>>
Http://abunaibeats.blogspot.com is where you can cast your vote for the Friday disco. :)
>>
Make that abunaibeats.appspot.com I'm stupid.
>>
I'm real disappointed so little of y0u showed up. Truly truly disappointed. Also Dawn fuck you for leaving us like that.
>>
>>9159773
But was it any fun?
>>
>>9159793
Nah just some smelly fucking weebs. Especially that one that doesn't even post.
>>
>>9159898
Were there any guys there?
>>
>>9159921
2 chicks and 2 blokes (Not counting my non 4chan friend that I dragged along)

>>9159933
Don't think so.
>>
I'll be a pikachu, if i don't faint from the heat.

(hah faint is also a pokemon thing and something that could happen to a person when they are too hot.)
>>
>>9159773
I'm only at Abunai today, so I sadly couldn't make it to the meet. But well, do have that many regulars here to be honest? I kind of wonder.
>>
Why are so many groups at cons so closed up man
>>
I'm not going myself, but have fun everyone! <3
>>
>>9153597
they just knocked on my door about an hour ago to check..
>>
>>9160539
>What is house keeping?
>>
Who's up for a swim? Not sure how crowded the pool is but fuck it yolo
>>
>>9160542
Hanger was on the door, they straight up told me they needed to check the amount of people in the room

Third time's the charm, especially when you are now sitting in a pool. Current thread is on auto-sage, the new thread can be found at >>9160585

>>9160588
Judging by how I didn't even noticed I linked tot he wrong thread twice, yes.
>>
>One lecture I wanted to go to
>Get to the room
>There is another lecture being held
>They tell me to go to the infodesk
>Cross whole con to get there
>Infodesk guys don't know
>They get distracted in casual convo with eachother and forget about me
>I walk back to the lecture area
>Event stafflid tells me the workshop is canceled

I'm amazed Abunai managed to disappoint me even more.
