How hard would it be to cosplay this?

You would have to build and attach the whole thing to a body stocking / make a suit using dance mesh for the nude parts. If you don't it will never lay like that.

Very off topic, but why are summer fags a thing? Why do more people appear during the summer? What's stopping them from coming to 4chan during the other seasons?

summer is when school is out for a long while. we get some on winter break but summer is when we get the most of them.

I think its a bit out dated, but it started from the fact that when schools out for summer theres an influx of people posting on the boards in general.

For /cgl/ specifically summer used to be prime con season, so you'd get more folks flocking to the board with questions. Now that there's so many cons year round that factor is pretty mute point.
