Surplus stores exist online too. What country are you in?

As starters, there are a ton more.
If, however, you would rather try making the costume. I's recommend a nice olive drab gabardine or twill.

didn't know that, thanks! What about the medals, symbols, etc.? Any help for them?

Snoop around antique stores and (though a bit depressingly) estate sales, you cna find a lot of that stuff for cheap. Alternatively, eBay reigns supreme. Do note though, if your an American, you can get in trouble for falsely wearing certain medals, not sure about other countries.
You can also get military surplus clothes through eBay, but that can be a bit more challenging with color, size, and condition varieties.
Alternatively, making your own medals is actually rather symbol, and you can get them to look however you want instead of trying to find the right real one that matches.

Take over a small Central American country and have them make it for you.
