Doubt you will see any tokucos.
After Decade left Cgl toku cosplay talk has almost disapeared.
I wish there was a way to contact him about this stuff but he seems impossible to talk to.

I'm working on a gouraiger/thunder ranger costume. Making the helmet now, still at the starting phase

I heard there were a bunch at Momocon.
Saw this StarNinger at A-kon. There was Supaidaman there, too.

How do you guys make helmets. I've heard that the super pro people will make molds and cast them in resin and stuff, but are there other methods?

I did an entire foam build. Yeah super pro guys use resin. Im looking into coating foam in resin or some other kind of material to give it that smooth look.
