I like how this looks but I don't like the hat. Personal nit pick.

The gold shoes aren't the problem, since she's trying to pick up the "golden frame" in the picture.
The bows don't match pefectly and look so random.
The lace cardigan is way too classic for a galaxy print. She should wear a blouse instead or look for a more fitting cardigan.
The star socks match the theme, but they look too casual for lolita and are not necessary when wearing tights.
The necklace is out of place. Just like the Luna and Artemis buttons on the waist.
The hair isn't the best for lolita. Short hair rarely looks good in lolita, and when it does it's usually some curly ends or a nice bob. Her hair looks more scene, it's too straight.
It's just not a very polished look.

I'm so tired of this mentality. No, your shitty 2008 Aatp JSK is not magically old school just because it's printless and black and white. She needs a blouse with puffier sleeves and/or a bigger collar. The wristcuffs need more cotton lace. Her unstyled hair and the headdress could only work with 2001 tier old school and even then it would barely look good. Her make up is always ugly with lolita, no matter what decade. The gold shoes are fine. There isn't much else to pair, colour wise, with this print because it would be too difficult to get an exact match for most of the other colours going on here besides black or white which both wouldn't even look that great. However, the most bold part of the print is just a standard gold without other colours mixed into it. Gold was a good choice but the rest of the coord is a mess.

Her lashes are too heavy and droopy, also applied at the wrong angle. You can get used to them and appear more wide-eyed if you wear them daily and angle them more upwards. Honestly though she'd look better with lighter weight, better quality lashes with a lighter band, different shape and more fullness/length in the middle.
