I think it depends on how you are styled and how nice the picture looks overall. I think it's two different people or some serious shoop. The hair that's the fringe on both photos is different. The curls on the one side of the head are opposite but that could be a mirrored image. The curls are different in volume and the roundness of the face disappears in the selfie imag.

Now I'm probably talking out my ass here, but I'm pretty sure it may have to do with gut flora. Bacteria in your gut help break food down, then they send signals to the stomach lining when they're not getting their preffered food, then the stomach passes that info off to the brain.

If you only eat veggies, you lose the craving for meat since all the meat flora die, and if you eat meat you'll get sick.

If you only eat one thing, no other gut flora survives except the ones that break down that one thing, so your stomach just keeps sending signals for that one thing.

My grandmas friend did this, i moved to be closer to her to look after her (she was very close with my grandma and after gram died was on her own) and found that before i moved she was only eating plain biscuits (rich tea biscuits i think it was) and drinking orange squash, except for once every 2 weeks when she went to a soup kitchen type thing and ate there. She's still going strong now, well into her 90s. How she didnt have malnutrition or something I dont know since that was what she was eating for possibly upwards of 2 years.
