Is there a similar fashion for men like ouji, but less gay? I want to surprise my lolita gf and match her coord to my outfit.I just don't like the way ouji looks in general.
Im sorta thinking pirate or something like this bloodborne armor. She mostly wears Gothic so I think a bloodborne inspired outfit would work.
Tell me if I'm off or crazy here
it's called aristocrat.

Looks too much like edgy goths.
I'm not too familiar with male fashion, but have you tried looking into aristo?
Or just fuck it and come to a meetup in a Gehrman or Father Gascoigne cosplay

definitely look at see more examples of it instead of looking at one shitty one.
If you're not into the fashion, no one is forcing you to. I've seen men simply dress up in a suit.

Go with Bloodborne anything. She's gonna love the way you look...I guarantee it.
Keep in mind that good aristo takes just as much effort and money as lolita.
We have an ita 'aristo' in our comm that wears sneakers and short sleeved business casual to meets and I can't stand it.

I do understand it, though. Most EGA is really meant to be worn by boyish women, not by men, and it tends to suit feminine builds and faces.
Personally, I'd say the best match for Gothic is probably something Visual Kei inspired, since that's where Gothic Lolita came from in the first place. If not that, some kind of stylized Victorian or Edwardian formal wear.
Bloodborne is a really cool idea too, though, and probably the best "costume" of the bunch. Maybe it'd make sense to tone down the raggedness of it. I think Dishonored might be a good source of inspiration too.
Try a Neo-Victorian or Neo-Edwardian look?

the Moitie, Boz, AatP, alice auaa, Excentrique, etc., stuff that is in men's sizes is meant to be worn by men though. models are often female but street snaps and coord sharing sites show a lot of men in items made by gothic/ouji brands. (only Moitie uses the EGA label, the closest other brands come is "antique European" which tends to match what the west calls "aristo").
can dump some male jgoth dudes for OP. if you hit up secondhand sites there is a lot of BPN for Men still kicking around that might suit your purposes.

this counts as EGA according to Mana so no meetup could hate on you for wearing it.
>>8980044
these guys might be going for steampunk rather than goth but it wouldn't be out of place at a meetup
>>8980046
i am not sure what your gayness threshold is, OP, so some of these will be rather ouji or frilly. let me know if they are too fancy for you.

done for now. is any of this close to the aesthetic you want?
a final word of advice: if your outfit is GOOD QUALITY, and matches hers, you will be fine. don't rely on cheap costumery, ever. prioritize quality over anything else.
