I got petticoats that appeared to have more average poof based on the customer photos. The white one is very short and made of incredibly hard tulle. It's perfect for layering but will probably be pretty itchy against bare skin. It's hard to tell from the way they're hung, but the black one is A-line and the pink one is cupcake-shaped. Both have enough poof for a normal coordinate, and the pink one fits perfectly under my short AP skirts.

These shoes, as cute as they are, aren't very forgiving. The clawfoot heels barely have any room for my toes, and all but the pink ones are slightly narrow. Order a size up (unless you're a size 44 like me. Then god have mercy on you). Other than that, they're very well-built.

Literally people are saying they're busy and people keep asking this.Yes, they're busy. They don't have a huge staff like other SS and then suddenly 20+ rush to them with huge orders. They recently had to stop taking quotes to try to get through with the current orders. If you have questions, message them on the site around 9pm-2am your timezone. they usually open around 9pm my time (It's like 9am or so for them around then).

Also, May 1st(April 30th for us) is Labor Day for them. Don't expect answers then.

It's actually not that bad. It's a little on the heavy side, but to be expected from the crystal. It fits decently in my palm, but that isn't much to go off of when I have small hands. It definitely would serve as a good prop for the millennium crystal.

Follow up with the military uniform.

This thing is the biggest pain in my side out of all the cosplays I've gotten in this order. It's heavy because of the chains so putting it on is slightly a pain, especially because they get in the way. The chains do come off so that you can put it on. The jacket has three buttons that you can use to close it on one side and two snaps that are hidden on the other to keep it closed.

Everything fit pretty well with the measurements I gave them. The only thing I didn't like about this was that all the button holes on the dress shirt I was given was too small for the buttons so I couldn't button it up. It was the same for the coat, but that was only for one button hole. I figure it wouldn't be too hard to fix though. Might have to take in the pants as well since it's too wide for my taste.

The hat doesn't fit but I didn't expect it to. Never had an experience that a cosplay hat fit.

I get hit by customs on every package (except the ones from CT, I guess it's got something to do with her name...it sounds more beliavable that she's sending me a gift). I used to forge PP invoices, but they started googling my shit so the simply KNOW that it's worth much more. Can I get some advice from anons who've used Pruany?

I've been using them for several orders without any issues. I wanted to add on a few more items so I added some money using the online recharge (like usual) and the money was pulled out of my PayPal but it is not showing up on Pruany.

I asked Pruany to please check my invoice and they are ignoring it and asking me to deposit more money in.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to file a PayPal claim but my concern is Pruany might cancel all my orders. Not sure where to go from here.

What are good stores for cute pastel clothes? All the ones in the guide don't seem to actually have any...

Using Buynosaur for the first time and a little confused. I emailed them but wanted to ask here in case anyone who'd ordered with them before knew anything
I just paid my first payment to purchase the items, but when I added up all the numbers to tell my group members how much they each owed... it seemed like the numbers were really really wrong. If I add up the numbers in Buynosaur's columns for each item separately, its almost twice the amount that they asked me to pay. I'm really nervous now.

This happened to a friend and I with our GO, too. The issue is (most likely) that the spreadsheet code they use doesn't include all the columns the prices are in, so some items don't get automatically added up.
Message buynosaur about it and they'll fix the price/spreadsheet coding.

I guess they use a premade template for orders and haven't adjusted the values to include more in the template or forget to adjust it as they add more items.

Yeah, they fixed the spreadsheet and then we paid the correct amount.

You can check the spreadsheet to see if this is what's happened with your order fwiw.
Click on the subtotal box and then look at the top left where the code is (the orange text in the image) and see what rows it includes. If it includes all your items then you're good, if not then they just forgot to include some items in the total.

ie: we got 36 things so our items were in rows 2 - 37, thus the code gets the subtotal by adding k2 through k37 together.

You could fix this yourself if you wanted to but it's probably best to leave it alone and let them fix it since you've already contacted them about it.

I ordered this in an XL and is like a M-L in US size. It's lightweight and the overlay feels a bit like a light scarf but it's not super thin and the color is bright. It's very short so I would wear tights or leggings underneath.

Problems that I'm having with Buynosaur:
1. They're taking FOREVER to reply to my emails. Like, 5 days in between responses.

2. They weighed my package (finally) and it's 5.4kg?? I don't understand why. It's one cosplay, and some accessories (pictured). Does this look like it should weigh 5.4kg? It's gonna cost almost as much as it cost to purchase to ship, and since they're taking forever to respond to my emails, it's delaying the shipping process. I'm kind of annoyed.

Are you going with the option where they don't repack your items from the original packaging? I got a lot more items (at least 2 coats, multiple sweater tops and a few shorts/skirts, 1 long wig, and some smaller items) for my last taobao haul that ended up being ~5kg but my forwarder repacked my items and jammed it all into the smallest shipping box possible.

Magic Tea Party Blouse. Really pleased with this one, the elbow length sleeves are very cute and flattering. The material is very soft and on the opaque side for "chiffon". Has a very subtle sheen, reminds me of the "peachskin" fabric from Joann's in look and texture. It's well constructed and comes with 2 detachable bows and waist ties. The lace quality is so-so but it's used very sparingly.

White blouse. The construction is surprisingly good for such a cheap blouse, the ruffles are very even, no crazy haphazard hems like you sometimes see. The fabric is the thin crepe-like chiffon you see on a lot of cheap blouses, and it doesn't feel too nice against the skin. But it's what you expect. Also I'm 5'6" and the sleeves are too short, which I also expected, so I'm probably not keeping this one.

Sheer ruffle headdress. It is from Emomo Shop! It is a little shinier than the pictures, and the pearls are not quite 100% straight, which makes it a little "cheap" looking, but it's still extremely cute and I think it's nice for the price. Very pretty. it came with the accessories, the swim top, a very plain swim bottom, a long skirt, a two panel wrap, the back white bow(?) an over wrap (the waist things) and the fin. [I am only wearing skirt, panel wrap, fin, and swim top in picture]
You definitely need someone to help you wrap yourself and you can't really move but the bottom fin piece is stretchy. The size is One Size but can fit into a US M - L . I'm a US L-XL. If you're a XS-S, the side waist things might be too big for you and it'll just look like you're being swallowed. The swim top doesn't have support but it comes with strap hooks on it so you can find indivisible straps and add that on.

Opinion-based input? Honestly, I think it's their levity that attracts a lot of people. I just got my Buynosaur spreadsheet, but they warned me I might not get my package by the end of the month when I need it because sometimes sellers "just take a while to ship". I can't really afford to have Buynosaur take too long with replies/processing/ordering and everything so I'm considering trying another SS. It never seems to take more than a couple weeks to get items into the warehouse so I'm worried...

Pruany was placed on April 11th and I got it last week. Paid for EMS shipping because I was worried but probably could have gotten away with not doing it.I'm not sure if this helps, but hopefully it does!

It's sold out. You can even tell by the info they posted down below on the item. Unfortunately, if it's anything like other taobao releases, it's probably not going to be resold again unless they do some sort of revamp thing down the road. Your best bet is to probably put our wtb posts and start searching around auctions and perhaps even resellers.

I feel dumb because I'm not sure if its obvious or not, but is there a way to search for things within a specific category? I'm searching for things with bees but i keep getting like bee keeping supplies or actual food/honey. Fellow bee loving anon here to help! You can select categories that don't show up by default (only the most popular ones do) by going to "more categories" (highlighted in yellow in the image) and then select what you want. (Bonus in the red box: the orange text is the jewelry category. There's no exact clothing section that I see (though I don't read Chinese and am using google translate, so take that with a grain of salt) although the second option in "other categories" is "womans" and thus has lots of clothing.)

Alternately try adding on "jewelry" or "clothing" in Chinese to your search.

Latest haul from Taobao came in last week. Pretty impressed with the quality of everything. Was meant to get a cute rose/pearl chain hair accessory from Red Maria, but they sent me a red lacy maxi pad headdress instead. Surprisingly someone bought it off me real quick, so that was good. (not pictured, can provide upon request)
Got a couple replica bags, I have no shame. The AATP Replica is pretty impressive, although if the real one ever pops up, i'll definitely get that one and sell this. Will provide links/reviews upon request.

I bought it cheap, and it looks kind of cheap, but for the price I paid (about US$33) it's pretty decent. I bought it with intent to alter it and add to the quality so I'm not pressed.

The black on the cape is made out of that thin pleather material but the material itself is basic suiting fabric. It's lined with satin which is nice, and it has shoulder pads built in. It comes with a few extra buttons too.

It came with trousers, I just honestly tossed them because they were so ugly; I'm going to get better ones.

I even garnished him with the choker, just for you anon.

What does it say, exactly? If customs thinks it has something illegal and seizes it, it'll be destroyed. But then it gets marked as to be destroyed, I think? Usually, they just think you owe them money and will seize it temporarily to reassess the true costs of the items and have you pay the taxes/customs on them. Or sometimes it's just passing by customs and nothing happens.

Never had that before but your best bet is to call USPS (guess you're in Murica because of the rare customs thing) and raise hell until they find your package and give you an update. I had a package of mine be stuck in 'processing through customs' in NYC for over a week so I called up USPS and kept hitting 0 to get to customer services and talked to a woman who checked my tracking and then I guess called the facility? Because I told her I thought they had lost my package in sorting. She ended up finding it and apologized saying she had no idea why it was still in the facility and the next morning it had left.

If the preorder was marked as bought, it might mean my second theory was more correct where they had to wait for sellers to contact them back and so 'to be bought' means they've contacted with no reply and 'bought' means the sellers have responded and okayed the transaction and taken their money. Since I don't think it's exactly as simple as just adding stuff to the cart and then once you check out and pay you've got nothing to worry about considering how often shopping services have to contact the sellers before buying just to make sure what they want is even in stock. So even if they checked out with your stuff, there's every chance the seller might just go "Sorry, no more stock."
