I have owned like all the colourways of maybe 3 or 5 AP releases and 1 IW release, all cuts of one IW release and 1 AP release in 1 colourway, both colourways of a couple of JetJ releases, and half of the rest of my wardrobe is two colourways.

idunno, I don't really think it's overboard. I wouldn't recommend it if you just started your wardrobe because it restricts variety, but in the end it's your own wardrobe, and unlike your work or daily wardrobe, you're only buying the dresses for yourself. So if having things in multiple colourways makes you happy, then I don't see how it can possibly be overboard.

Babby's first dream dresses are Dozing Cat and Holy Lantern. I only stopped being a mega poorfag recently so I missed out on HL but I'd like to get the OP in lavender, white, or black. I saw Dozing Cat in either a dream dress thread or an ugly dress thread but fell in love with how tacky it is. I see the bordeaux colorway appear occasionally but I only want it in beige.

I've seen this show up relatively recently, (though it was more often around the holiday season) - there was an auction from December which ended for a bit higher than the norm (127000 yen). Another auction from February, which I believe was for the frill JSK but I can't remember, ended for 70000 yen, to give you an idea of price.

The price isn't an issue because it's popular and comes in a set but I just cannot spare the money right this moment. I keep going over and over my budget for the month but the best I could do is a two-three month payment plan but that wouldn't be fair to the seller at all.

I'm just popping in to say that this exact cut and colorway has been going on auction consistently for the last few months for about $320. Of course all of the auctions have been in Japan, but $500 is really overpriced for it, even in the west.

And there is one that went for $500 (in the west, consistently about $250-300 for that cut in Japan), but it was a cut that didn't get a second release, and the only reason it went for $500 is because I fucking depression bought it to get over the loss of a close family member, not because I thought at all that it was worth that much. I doubt it will ever go for that much again; that was me being unhealthy and doing something dumb. That is the ONLY one that sold for remotely close to that price, no matter how popular that release is.

Keep hanging around, Dozing Cat anon; it'll come back and it will be way cheaper. They come up on auction about once a month, that cut and color as well.

I have a Yahoo Auctions related question if anyone can help...

So a dream dress of mine popped up for a good price. It's not anything I feel like people care about, but I looked for it for a really long time (it's super old). I put in the first bid right as I saw it for safety via Buyee, it went through fine (my bid is still there), but when I go to the auction now the bid buttons are grayed out and it says that I cannot bid on the item.

Does anyone know what could have happened to the auction, why it is like that now? How is that going to affect my bid in the end?
