This looks like it could be a sample piece from AP that never made it into final production. So the "rare" part wouldn't be wrong. If anyone wants to buy it you could always ask the seller to send you photos of the label. Next to the care tags there should be one that says "sample" as well.

I got a message from a mod saying that "comments on sales posts aren't for discussion" and she had deleted my comment.
I then reported the post to the mods for scamming and explained myself again, to which they replied that that was just my opinion and I was wrong.
