Just bought a couple things from handmadebybluebird on etsy. The quality isn't bad actually, glad I finally got a few pieces from them. OcularOddity is another one I got a couple of things from, but take the "oddity" part seriously -- they carry quirky stuff suited better to something like otome, but still cute and well-priced. Also sturdy as hell.

LuminescenTea sold me a fake fawn fur capelet that's also adorable as fuck.

The brain earrings look cool, and the eyeball hair bow reminds me of the star clips everyone and their mother used to have, but I see what you mean about the quality. It's a pity, I really like a lot of their stuff. If they made their mini-hats bigger and with better materials/colours there would be some potential for a few of them.

They're cute if it's not jewelry or anything meant to be worn. I'm not even sure how that would work. Poorly, I imagine. I don't see an issue with a perler product that replicates an already pixelated design, I think those tend to look pretty nice.

As for the part about cost, you're right, sure -- but maybe not everyone wants to suddenly pick up beading as hobby, so why buy the beads to make one thing when you can easily buy it already made. I hate that sort of logic, not everyone is the crafty type or wants to be.

It is, yes. It's more inspired than most of the terrible half-melted gunk I saw everywhere at cons not too long ago, if only because it isn't a sprite. But perler bead art can be decent if done right, or if it's of this caliber and done by a small child.

The cloth is way too thick. It looks like something that'd come with a baby doll along with a rattle and a bib. If you use thinner, less felty material, and use a plastic headband instead of elastic, it'll look a lot better. Try to use small embellishments too, like small pearls or good quality lace. And please learn to edit your photos, the lighting really isn't doing your stuff any favours.
