I think they completely changed her characterization. Granted, I stopped reading it real fast, so it might have gotten better - did you read pre-52 Harley Quinn comics or Gotham City Sirens? My beef is the strange direction they've taken her where she's very offbrand Deadpoolish, and I personally hate when they try to make her seem... I don't know, like she's a super good person? She can be good, but she's also manipulative and uses people's perception of her against them, and she's done awful things - she's not innocent, and the few comics I've read with her have painted her that way (plain silly or naive or spacey, and not in the same way as before, but more like a bad understanding of her character that they're trying and failing to emulate).
