I own the originals, I found them on mbok. They are pretty nice and actually long enough for my legs (I'm 5'6").

Does anyone know where to get cute knee high boots in ivory or off-white with faux fur trim? Either lace up or strappy? I have been looking for years and can never find any.

Honestly, I would just start by finding cute knee high boots in off white and then getting off white fur boot cuffs to accessorize. Ebay or taobao may be your best bet
