There's a lot of reasons it looks off, but mostly, nothing goes together. You've got white and ivory together on black, what looks like socks over tights, gold necklace and silver everywhere else, with differing levels of quality throughout. Individual items, minus the armwarmers and bow in her hair, could look cute in an outfit, but all together, it's just a mess.

I rememer she was getting concrit in lolita fashion mentoring for this. it looks far better than it did before. what happened here was she had just acquired the salopette and really wanted to wear it for the next meet, which I totally understand, but she needs to learn that you can't force themes into prints like that. or at least, she can't force black when it isn't present in the print whatsoever. such sweet pastel vomit prints like that are just so dependent on color matching.

if she wanted to be a witch it wouldn't be so much of a problem imo, but she should've just done something in lavender...i've definitely seen sweet/pastel witch coords, in fact someone posted one with a strawberry print in CoF.
