When there's a huge difference in pricing between seemingly the same item it usually means that the product is either a ripoff or produced by different factory with different materials.
I red into the description and the first one claims to be the original, with the seller saying how saddening it is to see their products getting ripped off so often, but they ensure better quality with better material.
It's made of cotton (sligthly elastic) compared to the second one which is made of a synthetic material and only 10% cotton.

Thank you for the advice, I actually found an old livejournal post about DHL vs EMS in my country (UK) and discovered that EMS over here means Parcelforce, which are the absolutely most shit. They left my brother's piano stool behind a bush in the field next to our house, didn't tell us, and it was there for 2 months before a neighbour found it (their dog had just pissed on it and everything). I can't really wait so I'm going for DHL and will risk customs rather than bush + dog piss combo. DHL are apparently better over here than in the US.

Well shit, I've read stuff about parcelforce but damn that's bad. I'm in Canada so we have Canada Post for EMS stuff and they're pretty good. Or at least my local people are. DHL here likes to "declare" stuff on your behalf, charge you bs fees and if you say you want to declare it yourself (it's waaay cheaper if border services actually did charge you customs), they lie and say that you can't. I've had 1 too many run ins with them and Fed Ex over that crap and every time it's from sellers sending me stuff via DHL when I didn't want that or asked.

I was a little worried, but as long as you remember to check back in on the shop (you don't get a message or alert - at least I didn't for either) to pay the remainder when it pops up, it's the same as buying anything else. Can anyone tell me when is the last day to pay this final payment? I preordered four dresses because they gave me two weeks between each to arrive, buuuut they all just came in in the past two days instead. I'm trying to see which can wait until my next pay period, but I can't find the end date anywhere on this one? Is it hidden in the images somewhere?

It doesn't. It uses alipay exclusively. You can use foreign debit and credit cards but you may need to call your bank to let them know you'll be buying from a Chinese site before purchasing since China is considered at risk for card fraud. Alipay is safe though, I haven't had any issues with it.
