Is it possible to make this a sewing machine general? I need to learn so much about caring for my machine properly, but it didn't come with the manual so I feel completely lost.

Sure! This is my machine.

I clean mine my machine by taking the little brush it came with and my hand held vacuum, use the brush to sweep up the dust and vacuum it up and vacuum all the small dust that floats around. Can of air and vacuum works great too.

Also, make sure you change your sewing needle regularly. You should change it after just a few hours of work. I've read change needles between 2 and 5 hours of use.

I know what it is, I more just wondering why they need to keep coming up with weird outfits instead of just making ones that are replicas. That being said I have a soft spot for the Tardis/Dalex dress. Probably because most Tardis dresses are some monstrosity with an enormous skirt when it's supposed to be a fucking tall, thin box.

The socks seem too dark and different from the rest of the pinks. If you can't find a pale pink then I would go with white. No need to draw undue attention to your feet away from the print.

Ahhhhhhhhh. Good point. I saw them and only thought of matching the pink inside the jars. The socks aren't solid but have a very faint lace pattern too so they might look a little lighter when worn, but that would be a lot of attention right to the feets.

I made this as a prototype so excuse the poor placement of stickers and rough edges.
Beyond fixing the structural mistakes, do you guys have any suggestions on how to make the design a little more mature/elegant? I'm not looking for classic lolita level elegance, just something that looks more like trendy teen jewelry rather than claires jewelry.
So far I'm thinking of using a less saturated color for the frame, cutting the whiskers/eyes thinner and more neatly....not sure what else. Maybe less glitter?

Get a much finer glitter. Look to highlighters like pic related for guidance. The gem and the whisker bits just do not complement one another as is. Maybe a color change of the frame and gem would fix this, but I don't know. Do you sketch out your designs before you get started? Or do you just glue crap on?

This makes me so nostalgic anon. My friends and i would play yugioh and one of my friends loved skull servants. He eventually made a skull servant deck. I just find them really funny and my friends would joke about them all the time
