I have a 67 year old grandma living in a property alone with alzheimers and a multitude of bone and joint problem, the house in on stilts. The house goes to me when she dies, other shittier properties in the area go for around $250,000.

Work for courier company during holidays e.g. UPS and have a friend follow your route via phone GPS and collect packages. Make sure your route is in a suburbs area because A no one will be at any houses because peeps have to work 9-5 to support a house and B all the expensive items will be delivered.
