That's not a product it's a service.
Marketing is different.
Create a website, know PHP, JS, Angular or React , and basic MySQL.
Cold call small businesses and tell them you'll update their website and host it for them.
The latter part is important, as this will give you continuous revenue and allow you to take down the site if you don't get your money.
Charge em $100 for a static site, and then price "addons" like forms, comments, ordering, etc.
Just pull shit out of your ass you'll get a feeling for it.
For hosting, $30 a month for a static site, $50 for dynamic site.
Yeah, those numbers are really high right? Maintain their sites and keep em kind of happy and they will gladly pay the monthly.
Get ~30 clients over two years and you'll be working 4 hour days fixing shitty little Angular side effects (unless you are mustard race React).
They'll want to upgrade occasionally so you'll be able to try hipster js framework of the month as well.
