1. Not if you don't do it directly. (It may be illegal to give shelter to a fugitive but it's not illegal to sell him bread. (Yet.))
2. Are there no companies on the stock market with assets somehow (directly or indirectly) tied to nuclear development? Are your country's nuclear assets serviced only by the military and no part of the operations is outsourced to private companies?
3. Nukes aren't the only weapons characteristic for WW3, so you don't need to take my advice literally like an autist. They also used other technologies (relatively irrelevant in times of peace, therefore profitable in war). Remember Bundibugyo? Remember Texas? And Google (sorry, Alphabet) owns a military robotics company. Google is awesome in so many ways!

There are many legal ways to profit from death. IBM, Siemens, Hugo Boss, the whole country of Switzerland, they all had done just that. Legally and without post-war repercussions.

It has high value density, it is portable, you can't forge it (easy to test), it is more useful than gold (especially in the post-apocalyptic world), it's not a strategic good for the military,‡ it's not illegal like cocaine. With Viagra, you would live in Auschwitz like a king. (Even if only a skinny king.) Prepare yourself and your dream will come true, 4chan!

My collected knowledge in a nutshell:
◑ During a total war, governments confiscate gold, cars and privately owned factories. (Read: they loot own citizens of anything that helps to win war.) Therefore I'm not sure investing in anything useful to the military is a good idea because they will just take it from you rather than buy it. Gold makes sense only if nobody knows that you have it and if no one can steal it (so don't store it all in one place).
◑ Don't expect amnesty on loan or credit or mortgage after war. You will have to pay it back even if everything that it financed was destroyed in the course of war. So avoid taking any before war.
◑ But don't think it works in both directions... you won't cash out any pre-war insurance after war; you won't get any money back from pre-war government bonds either. War is awesome scam, isn't it?*†
◑ Stock markets appear to survive and thrive during world wars though.
