Now not every poor person is going to be uber elite 1% and it'd be stupid to say "It's poor people's fault they aren't billionaires" when nearly every billionaire had millionaire parents, that elite level of wealth comes down largely to the foundation established during your childhood and poorfag parents just can't give you that.
