Take some time off and focus on something. Beating yourself into a wall will just cause you to be more miserable. Try getting a job, learn sales, maybe try your hand at a business. Get a new hobby, maybe go out to clubs and get a girl or something, idk. There's more to life than music, but once you've had your mind off music and you realize that you want to come back to it, your mental block will be cleared. Go out and do something different.
