Just check their Twitter, shilling a specific coin and claiming that they have 0 exchange fee in the same Tweet leaves me to believe the devs are holding huge bags and sold a portion for the advertising opportunity only to cash out once you buy "coin name". Binance and devs will profit and the Binance team will run with your actual funds and information (most Chinese exchanges can block your withdrawals.
