I wouldn't count on it. Bittrex doesn't even give NEO holders their GAS.

GAS has been on a 100% growth/day ever since it got on binance. i think it'll hit .02 tomorrow.

Send money from your Bittrex wallet and look at the block explorer: You'll see they don't have a seperate wallet for each user, instead they pay you from a common wallet. Thus, seperating things and giving each user their Gas would be a huge overhead from where they are at.
It's not gonna happen.

Why would they not do this though? They gave users BCC? I get it's an overhead, but given the success of NEO it only seems like it will help grow the exchange.

Also, trading GAS would be profitable for them in terms of fees.
