Will BTC ever crash to sub-one-kilobuck again? Or has it perma-mooned?
things only ever go up forever, just buy now so that you won't miss out on the constant, never-ending upward movement

Makes sense. I mean I know it crashed pretty hard a couple of times in the past, but logically those were just one-off events. I can't see that happening again.

I was being sarcastic btw, I can't tell if you took what I said seriously. Just buy some now if you must, so you have skin in the market, but don't go all in yet. It's best to be safe.

you weren't entirely wrong

You really think so though? What about some massive crypto crash because the government decides they'd like to regulate it and a large majority panic sells. That would certainly torch the market

Then the rest of the world buys up cheap

I, too, was being sarcastic. I mean gosh.

This. It's shown enough resilience and actual use to demonstrate that crypto is actually going to be useful. I missed out on the great mining craze in the early days, because I took the view that bitcoin was gimmicky bullshit. I was wrong. I've decided now to get into crypto in some form, but bitcoin looks like it's on the high side right at this instant.
