well i have few advices for ya.. since been to hell and back. in fact still with one leg in there.
a) if u do porn on regular basics (daily/few times a week) - quit doing it - yourbrainonporn.com
b) if u do any of following substances alco/nikotine/any drugs on a regular basics (if u reached the point when u said urself STOP and u didn't it means u crossed the line;) - quit doing it.
start any regular job - regular working time will help u shift ur daily routine. once u hit the road it will be easier to procceed
