Your idea being "stolen" is the least of your worries. Why can't you bootstrap this idea of yours on a micro scale or create a proof of concept to organically draw traffic and investor interest? If your "idea" TRULY is billions in a short span tier, people will be throwing money at you hand over fist because if there's one thing people with money love it's making more money.
