RSI is relative. Looking at 52 week data doesn't always show the whole picture. You sometimes need to look beyond that. The contract they landed was a huge catalyst. They also have an ongoing repurchase program.

As far as the screening is concerned, I wrote my own program that searches a combination of technical and news. I then look into the tickers that get flagged and do my own research and look into them further for ones that look like they have great potential.

Today was up to fast and I think it will go back down on friday. 3 months for delist notice and 180 day extention. I believe it will move back to 1.00 for 10 days. 2017 is the year AMRS is suppose to be cash flow positive. I know I said I wouldn't use this trip again but watching the SP drop this low. I think is a good entry to build up a core position again. Anons have been pretty feeling sad here so from the recent ER if AMRS was going to tank it would have. The fundamentals are just holding up the SP and hopefully expectations become reality this year.

I bought OXY, XOM, and TOT last week, went down a put, bought more of each today.

OXY - turnaround company. pivoting more towards the low cost permian basin. good experience in shale and conventional plays. has many assets in the US, UAE, and Colombia. Decent mix of relatively safe foreign holdings when they start earning positive profits again, stock price should do better.

XOM - great mix of shale and conventional plays. same thing, permian basin. new projects in Guyana and Papua New Guinea. Nigeria is their shithole.

TOT - great asset replacement. very low costs long term. mostly conventional oil plays. diversifies away from shale. deals with iran, but found new wells in brazil and US gulf for stability.

All pay a dividend. All have good balance sheets in terms of debt. All are integrated upstream and downstream, some mid stream with TOT and OXY. I haven't seen too many oil companies across the industry with cash flows to cover CAPEX and dividends without added debt. With their good balance sheets, they should be able to hold out longer than debt-ridden shale companies, even though many companys' debt has been restructured lately.

BP looks stuck. RDS is divesting stupid assets it acquired during the boom to pay off debt. Raising the dividend and making a profitable company seem to be at odds with their aforementioned strategy.

I also own a significant position in GILD. Being a pharmafag, I like their portfolio. Hopefully all the negative news about Harvoni and sovaldi sales are finally priced in. They have a new hep C combo drug on formulary at the VA (i.e. population with a high hep C rate) and yet another combo drug due to come out. Their HIV drugs are relatively new and primary agents on the latest HIV guidelines. They also have novel agents coming to market soon for hep B, alcoholic steatosis, and some other shit I can't remember. Cash flows and margins are phenomenal and can easily support the dividend even at margins reduced by 25% with the most pessimistic of revenues reported. It's definitely a buy at 68. My cost average is about 71 so I'm getting reemed a bit, but long term, shit's breddy gud.

I think AUPH is going to be a great year or two year hold, I don't have time for it but its a pretty good bet with those T2 results. I think quarter losses will start to drag it down once the hype dies down though so I'd wait for a better entry. This seems a lot like NVCN where they have a good product but no profits for a long time.
