Im fucking horrible at making any friends and talking about normie topics, yet i seem to be a good teacher's pet and working as a cashier and waiter. Would this suffice in the business world, or am i fucked? I know i sure as could not get into real estate.

You're fucked unless you're really good at things that don't require much personal contact (like a programmer or a genius HF analyst). Networking is essential in the business world (that means meeting a ton of people and being somewhat interesting to at least 20% of them)
